Update my mom phoned as soon as customer services (ironic name) opened, just had this from my obviously distraught mom: Just been in touch with p and o and says it's dads fault he's made mistake and won't change there mind so no holiday. @pandocruises #pandocruises #trending – at Carlton, England

Mum: Dads in a state because he can't believe he ticked wrong boxes there were three thought he'd done same as his, the guy who I just spoke to was not very obliging just said he no certain terms how many chances did he want he messed up so that's it. #doyoucare @pandocruises
