I reaffirmed Azerbaijan’s commitment to lasting peace in the South Caucasus and stronger solidarity among Turkic states.
Deepening cooperation in security, defense, trade, investment, energy and transport connectivity, including the Middle Corridor and Zangezur Corridor, remains vital to our shared prosperity.
Azerbaijan also remains committed to preserving our common cultural heritage and strengthening the OTS’s international standing.
I thank brotherly Türkiye for the excellent organization and wish it every success in its upcoming chairmanship.

Was glad to meet with @UNTourism_SG Shaikha Al Nuwais, visiting #Azerbaijan, and congratulated her on her election to this important position.
We discussed Azerbaijan’s rich tourism potential, including cultural heritage, gastronomy and diverse regional destinations, as well as opportunities to further strengthen cooperation with UN Tourism and promote sustainable tourism.
We also highlighted the tourism potential of our liberated territories.
