The hardest part of adulthood is realizing you have to keep showing up, no matter how you feel. You have to keep going while sad, heartbroken, grieving, or exhausted. Life doesn’t pause for your pain, and time waits for no one. Sometimes, you just have to keep going.

May you heal until your heart believes in tomorrow again. May you stop expecting disappointment, stop bracing for loss, and start believing that good things can find you too. May you become excited about what’s ahead instead of afraid of what might happen next. May you heal until the future feels like something to look forward to, not something to survive.

We have ended the persecution of Godfrey Karembera popularly known as Madzibaba Ve Shanduko, who had been in prison detention for 8 months, by having him set free by a Magistrate after standing trial on charges of incitement to commit public violence, for allegedly inciting people to participate in anti-government protests, which had been scheduled for October 2025.
Karembera together with Jim Kunaka and Jestere Malcom Masarira, who were also set free by Harare Magistrate Lisa Mutendereki, were represented by @PaidaSaurombe of @ZLHRLawyers.
On Wednesday, Magistrate Mutendere discharged Karembera, Kunaka and Masarira at the close of the prosecution case and found them not guilty and acquitted them
