दिनांक 04.11.2026 को बीसीसीएल मुख्यालय में अध्यक्ष-सह-प्रबंध निदेशक श्री मनोज कुमार अग्रवाल की उपस्थिति में कार्यरत कर्मियों के पदोन्नति पत्र वितरण एवं अनुकंपा के आधार पर नियुक्ति पत्र वितरण समारोह का आयोजन किया गया। इस अवसर पर सीएमडी द्वारा मुख्यालय के 93 कर्मचारियों को पदोन्नति आदेश एवं 105 लाभार्थियों को अनुकंपा के आधार पर नियुक्ति पत्र प्रदान किए गए। कार्यक्रम में निदेशक (वित्त एवं मानव संसाधन) श्री राजेश कुमार सहित मुख्यालय के महाप्रबंधक/विभागाध्यक्ष एवं अन्य वरिष्ठ अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे। उल्लेखनीय है कि दिनांक 01.11.2026 को बीसीसीएल के सभी क्षेत्रों एवं मुख्यालय में कुल 943 कर्मचारियों को पदोन्नति प्रदान की गई थी। यह पहल कर्मचारियों के योगदान को सम्मान देने तथा अनुकंपा नियुक्ति के माध्यम से प्रभावित परिवारों को सहयोग प्रदान करने की बीसीसीएल की प्रतिबद्धता को दर्शाती है। #BCCL #CoalIndia #EmployeePromotion #CompassionateAppointment #EmployeeWelfare #BCCLFamily

A record-breaking day for BCCL! BCCL achieved its highest single-day coal dispatch of FY 2026-27, reaching 1,43,000 tonnes on 02.11.2026. The achievement was accompanied by the highest single-day rail loading of 32 rakes, with 25 rakes for the power sector. On 02.11.2026, Bharat Coking Coal Limited (BCCL) received the prestigious 5-Star Rating Award for Moonidih Colliery under its Western Jharia (WJ) Area for FY 2024-25. The colliery had secured an impressive 92% marks in the national Star Rating assessment of underground mines. The award was presented to CMD, BCCL, Shri Manoj Kumar Agarwal, and Shri V. On the occasion of Coal India Limited’s 52nd Foundation Day, five officials of Bharat Coking Coal Limited (BCCL) were honoured with prestigious awards in various categories at the Foundation Day celebrations held in Kolkata on 1 November 2026. The celebrations were graced by the presence of CMD, BCCL, Shri Manoj Kumar Agarwal. The award recipients from BCCL included Shri Anil Kumar Sinha, Area General Manager, Lodna Area, who received the Best Area GM Award; Shri Arvind Sinha, GM (Estate), who received the Best HOD Award; Shri Hitesh Verma, GM (Marketing & Sales), who was conferred the Individual Excellence Award; Ms Rupal Bhargava, Assistant Manager, Jharia Master Plan Department, who received the Women Excellence Award (Executive); and Shri Naveen Thakur, Senior Manager (Mining)/TS to CVO, who received the Vigilance Excellence Award. दिनांक 01.11.2026 को कोल इंडिया लिमिटेड के 52वें स्थापना दिवस के अवसर पर बीसीसीएल मुख्यालय, कोयला नगर में निदेशक (तकनीकी/संचालन) श्री संजय कुमार सिंह की अध्यक्षता में प्रभात फेरी, ध्वजारोहण एवं श्रद्धांजलि कार्यक्रम सहित विभिन्न गतिविधियों का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम में निदेशक (वित्त एवं मानव संसाधन) श्री राजेश कुमार, मुख्यालय एवं विभिन्न क्षेत्रों के महाप्रबंधकगण, सीसीसी, कल्याण एवं सुरक्षा बोर्ड के सदस्य, सीआईएसएफ के अधिकारी एवं जवान सहित बड़ी संख्या में बीसीसीएल के अधिकारी एवं कर्मचारी उपस्थित रहे। कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत कोयला स्मारक पर श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित करने एवं दो मिनट का मौन रखकर दिवंगत कोयला कर्मियों को नमन करने के साथ हुई। इसके पश्चात कोयला नगर क्षेत्र में प्रभात फेरी निकाली गई, जिसमें अधिकारियों, कर्मचारियों, सीआईएसएफ के जवानों तथा डीएवी पब्लिक स्कूल, कोयला नगर के एनसीसी एवं स्पोर्ट्स विंग के सदस्यों ने उत्साहपूर्वक भाग लिया। प्रभात फेरी का समापन मुख्य द्वार पर हुआ। इस अवसर पर निदेशक (तकनीकी/संचालन) श्री संजय कुमार सिंह ने कोल इंडिया का ध्वजारोहण किया तथा खनिक की प्रतिमा पर माल्यार्पण कर कोयला कर्मियों के अथक परिश्रम, समर्पण एवं राष्ट्र निर्माण में उनके महत्वपूर्ण योगदान को नमन किया। कोल इंडिया के 52वें स्थापना दिवस पर बीसीसीएल परिवार ने संगठन की गौरवशाली विरासत एवं कोयला कर्मियों के योगदान को स्मरण करते हुए राष्ट्र की ऊर्जा सुरक्षा, औद्योगिक विकास एवं आत्मनिर्भर भारत के निर्माण में निरंतर योगदान देने की अपनी प्रतिबद्धता दोहराई। #CoalIndiaFoundationDay #52ndFoundationDay #CoalIndia #BCCL #EnergySecurity #NationBuilding

दिनांक 31.10.2026 को बीसीसीएल के विभिन्न परिचालन क्षेत्रों में सतर्कता जागरूकता सप्ताह 2026 के अंतर्गत नुक्कड़ नाटक, सतर्कता जागरूकता रथ एवं अन्य जागरूकता कार्यक्रमों का आयोजन किया गया। पीबी क्षेत्र के कार्यालय परिसर में नुक्कड़ नाटक के माध्यम से भ्रष्टाचार की रोकथाम, सत्यनिष्ठा, पारदर्शिता एवं नैतिक आचरण का संदेश दिया गया। इस अवसर पर क्षेत्रीय महाप्रबंधक, विभागाध्यक्ष, अधिकारी एवं कर्मचारी उपस्थित रहे। बस्ताकोला क्षेत्र में महाप्रबंधक श्री अरिंदम मुस्तफि ने क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय परिसर से सतर्कता जागरूकता रथ को हरी झंडी दिखाकर रवाना किया। यह रथ क्षेत्र की विभिन्न इकाइयों में भ्रमण कर अधिकारियों, कर्मचारियों एवं आम नागरिकों को भ्रष्टाचार के दुष्परिणामों, सतर्कता संबंधी उपायों तथा ईमानदार एवं पारदर्शी कार्यसंस्कृति के प्रति जागरूक करेगा। इसी क्रम में राष्ट्रीय एकता दिवस के अवसर पर बस्ताकोला अधिकारी क्लब में सरदार वल्लभभाई पटेल के चित्र पर माल्यार्पण एवं दीप प्रज्वलन कर उन्हें श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित की गई। इस अवसर पर सतर्कता जागरूकता कार्यक्रम एवं रक्तदान शिविर का भी आयोजन किया गया, जिसमें क्षेत्रीय अधिकारियों, कर्मचारियों एवं मुस्कान महिला समिति के सदस्यों ने सहभागिता की। इन गतिविधियों के माध्यम से बीसीसीएल ने ‘सत्यनिष्ठा से समृद्धि’ के संदेश के साथ भ्रष्टाचार मुक्त कार्यसंस्कृति, जनभागीदारी एवं राष्ट्रीय एकता के प्रति अपनी प्रतिबद्धता दोहराई। #VigilanceAwarenessWeek2026 #ProbityForProsperity #BCCL #PreventiveVigilance #Integrity
