ALT The aim of the HELS Inclusivity Hub is to promote an ethos of equity and inclusivity for everyone. We are seeking people with a diverse range of talents and all abilities are welcome. You don’t have to be an expert at anything, except being you. This is a paid role. There are lots of different initiatives for you to get involved in, such as our very popular Brew @HELS events, helping with interviews, peer support initiatives, contributing to developing inclusive learning and teaching resources and becoming a member of the Community of Practice for Inclusivity. We will do all we can to help you to develop those skills you already have and pick up some new ones along the way and we link to Graduate+. We believe that together we can all contribute to energising and empowering anyone, who may feel marginalised, helping them to achieve their full potential.
