They think their front office is led by a genius, when in fact it is led by a bald headed imbecile that builds teams backwards, instead of from the trenches, and they still suck. He hoards draft picks, and has maybe 2-3 really good players that he has drafted in 8 years. He has spent 8 years protecting his prize QB with the likes of Daniel Faalele. John Simpson. Ben Cleveland. Andrew Vorhees. Alejandro Villanueva. etc.
Still these dumb fucks praise him like he’s some football draft god. He overpays old has beens. $20 million alone to a washed OBJ. He signs receivers after they hit the Walmart clearance rack. OBJ, DeSean Jackson. Demarcus Robinson. Willie Snead IV.
He spends 62% of his salary cap on his defense, and they STILL SUCK!
After paying the QB he only has just north of $30 million for the rest of the offense.
He offers horrible non team friendly contracts, and NEVER has ANY salary cap to spend in free agency, and when he does, he spends $112 million on an old edge rusher, coming off of back to back injury seasons.
He gets scared and backs out of a deal that he would’ve fucked up anyway. He asks his QB how can we help you? His QB tells him EVERY TIME! Get me offensive lineman, and that was 4 years ago, to this day, the oline keeps getting worse.
