Bennett Edwards

Peaking at the right time | @BEdwards1210 When Bennett Edwards first came into our lab on May 23, 2025, his max fastball velocity was 85.3 MPH. By July 24, 2026, that number has climbed to 89.2 MPH. His assessment identified several key areas to address: • Build a balanced attack of force and speed • Improve shoulder ER strength • Improve shoulder flexion • Improve shoulder ER/IR ROM • Control his early center of mass position to maintain quality sequencing of the hips and trunk • Maintain a high release point • Develop the ability to execute his cutter/changeup combination at the bottom of the strike zone to maximize his pitching arsenal against hitters Since beginning the process, Bennett has added 10.8 lbs of bodyweight and increased his power by 768 watts resulting in a 85.3 → 89.2 MPH max velocity jump. Along with a notable average fastball jump of 3-4 mph. A systematic process of assessment → intervention → development → performance. Now Bennett is ready to head to college and make an impression on his new coaching staff. #DominateTheZone
