Today 2 groups worked on different skills.
1
Sprint efforts, close formation riding & communication skills. Then jail-break, a one lap time trial & a race.
2
Cornering & then some points of contact skills (one-handed riding, standing tall, being small, etc…) & races.
@BHWCC mission is to foster a lifelong 💙 of 🚲. Isla has been riding with us from an early age & is one of several of our coaches who qualified through @BC_NorthWest Flying Start. Now coaching our newest rider to ride independently & gain confidence.
This is the spirit of GoRide

Tomorrow we have 7 riders at R5 NWYL. We’ll also be cheering for 2 riders at the #NatRoadChamps . A few years ago they were racing in our kit, now they’re showing a national & international audience how talented they are. We couldn’t be more proud. Good luck! #smallclubbigdreams
Congratulations Ben Peatfield; superb riding at the National Crit Champs. Another top ride from an @BHWCC rider
Another successful coaching session @BoltonArena.
Our Level 1 Flying Start coaches are all growing in confidence, planning skill areas & leading groups.

🥉 3rd place for Nate this weekend at @nwcca Round 5. 2nd podium this season, thoroughly deserved in freezing & windy conditions. Kudos to everyone that raced in the cold this weekend!
