Hi all! We're so sorry about this AO3 issue. Since they have no idea when service will be restored at this point, we think the best move is for us to play it by ear. There is a chance that service could be restored earlier than they expect, or 4 weeks from now.

potentially giving you a new date and then having to shift it yet again. As always, we will give you sufficient notice before your posting date and the opportunity to let us know if that date doesn't work for you.

If AO3 remains down late next week, which seems likely, we will do the same with the following week's authors, and so on as needed. Whenever we reach out to a week of authors, we will announce it here and on Tumblr so you know to check your email. Thanks for the understanding!

Well….that’s not ideal. 😭 Authors with posting dates over the next couple of weeks, please give us a little time to figure out what the best solution is and then we’ll be in touch with updated posting dates. So sorry about this!

We estimate that service restoration for #AO3 will take around 2 weeks but it could be up to 4 weeks. We are hopeful that we will be able to bring the site back up in a degraded state sooner. Refer to our status page for updates: otwstatus.org/

Hi all! Due to AO3’s maintenance today, we’ve pushed today’s fic to the last day of the fest, which will be November 17. We’ll have a fic up tomorrow as usual!
