Both could be true. If you’re Texas, do you want Sark back? They choke their guts out every big game. Only thing that saved them vs Ohio was Ryan Day being Ryan Day

.@Foxworth24 opened today's episode with thoughts on the Protect College Sports Act and what it's really about 👀
"The core of it is about re-establishing the power the NCAA had in the past – that the court system determined was illegal."

How many games could you ascribe that to at this point? Born on 3rd base strikes again…why is anyone surprised?

Q: President Trump called you Talafreako. He's called you weird. Paxton has called you too radical for Texas.
Talarico: A lot of people voted for President Trump because they thought he was gonna lower prices, end forever wars, release the Epstein files, drain the swamp. A year into this admin, prices are up, there's a new forever in Iran, the Epstein files have not fully been released, and the swamp is bigger than ever before.
These nicknames don't lower the price of groceries, gas, utilities or healthcare, or improve our lives. I'm not gonna engage in the silly nicknames back and forth. I'm gonna focus on the people of Texas.

Don Meyer retired as the winningest coach in men’s college basketball history.
It wasn't the X's and O's that made him legendary - it was the culture he built.
And he built it through one acronym: TEAMS.
Most coaches miss this.
Here's what it means and why it matters:🧵

I know it’s become pretty cliche and cringey to talk about at this point but if you’re under like 25 I cannot stress enough how one time Obama wore a tan suit and people spent a week arguing over whether or not it was demeaning to the Oval Office and they were serious about it.
President Trump is floating the possibility of keeping the UFC arena on the White House South Lawn — built for a series of fights on his birthday and Flag Day — permanently.

We talked to nearly 100 people about youth sports in New Jersey and found a predatory industry that is leaving parents broke, exhausted and wondering how the games of their childhood took over their adult lives. Our six-month investigation: nj.com/sports/2026/05/the-sh…

1000%. You can learn amazing things that you’d like to incorporate as the leader (because they’re incredibly successfully and match your values) OR things that you should never do once you take the seat (same mantra). BOTH are incredibly valuable.
Regardless of coaching or being in the private sector, @CoachDonMeyer lessons continue to ring true every day…
I remember him telling a former player that took his 1st job at the D1 Level, “Remember, you can always learn from the head coach. Learn what to do or what not to do.”

Different place meaning he hates college football and wants to see it devoid of all meaning and differentiation from the NFL whatsoever? The spa and cocktails at Terranea are incredible but this is a bit much.

Love you Coach! @CoachDonMeyer

Cool story. Dusty May on why he wanted his son to be a manager
"I wanted him to do it because you learn to be 100% selfless. You learn that you can't have any ego if you want to make it in this business, & there's nothing that teaches humility better than being a student manager
We knew Dusty May begged for jobs here as an IU student manager at the 2000 Final Four in Indy.
What we didn't know? John Calipari gave him one. The untold story of a borrowed minivan and all-night drive to Memphis:
