Vaulta Network Transition Update
The Vaulta Network would like to provide an update regarding the ongoing asset handover process.
Due to unforeseen delays arising from personal circumstances involving Yves La Rose, the transfer of intellectual property (IP) and other assets previously held by the former Vaulta Foundation has encountered significant and unpredictable setbacks. We deeply regret this situation and understand the community’s concerns regarding the pace of the transition.
However, the continued development of the network cannot remain indefinitely dependent on the transition process. Guided by community consensus and in the best interests of the ecosystem, an on-chain multisig proposal authorizing the Vaulta Stewardship Trust (VST) to create and manage a new set of brand assets—including domain names, the official website, social media account handles, and other related intellectual property—has been successfully passed with 15 out of 21 approvals by block producers.

Moving forward, we will continue to provide transparent updates to the community regarding the creation process, migration timeline, and details of the new brand assets as they become available.

很多人对 RWA 概念已经耳熟能详了，但真正把它往银行层面去做的，还得看 @exSatNetwork 。它定位就是“链上银行”的原型，把传统金融那一堆分散的功能，直接在链上打通。
传统银行靠卖产品赚钱，流程死板，还经常信息不透明。而 exSat 的逻辑是用 AI + 区块链，让资金能自动流动。比如现金管理上，它会预测你的资金需求，把闲钱自动投到合适的地方赚收益；跨境支付则是实时找最优路径，速度快成本低。
