Sighing. “Yup. That’s me. I’m Build.” Approaching, whistling. “Nifty little trinket you got there. What kind of tech is it?”

It’s a busy day in New York, and unfortunately, one of his enemies, a smash. Has appeared. “ . . . Amazing.” He equips his Build Driver, taking out his Rabbit and Tank Fullbottles, before seeing @HOODEDSCOUNDREL. He’d been caught Pre-Transformation. “Uh— hi—“
