In Mrs. Rogers' second grade class our Teacher's Assistant leads the class each day in our daily calendar routine! We go over the date, days of the week, track the weather and our number of days we've been in school with song, movement, and visuals.

Mrs. Kluevers 4th grade class recognized Sophie Hughes as September's Student of the Month. Sophie has been a hard worker and excellent role model. We love her personality and leadership skills.

3rd grade had their first Ag in the Classroom lesson today! They learned all about each step of the butterfly's life cycle. Students were able to make a model to show each step. Fun was had by all!

In Mrs. Rogers' 2nd Grade class we have been working on giving compliments! Each week we have a new Student of the Week, and the class writes them compliments and posts them on the board throughout the week. This is a great way to practice kindness and fill each other's buckets!

3rd grade had an amazing time at the Putnam Museum! Students were able to experience hands-on science activities, explore a Kaleidoscope Room created by a local artist, learn all about history around the world, as well as locally, and even enjoyed a 3D movie about our oceans!
