The latest Team Virginia member comes off the board.
The @HokiesBaseball get their 4th Team Virginia commitment from the #PBFG26 team.
Winkelfoos has taken some big steps since the spring and had an eye opening performance at Lakepoint this summer.
Congrats, Bennett.

‘28 Bennett Winkelfoos (VA)- Good young arm with a compact delivery & more velocity projection. 60% strikes over 3 IP and stayed off the barrel. 87-89 early with ability to work to the edges. Capacity to get to good SL shape 78-80. Strike throwing operation. @PG_Uncommitted @PG_VirginiaWV #WWBA

‘28 RHP Bennett Winkelfoos (VA) was solid today in his start striking out 2 over 3.1 hitless. Proj frame w/ an easy arm. Up to 89 mph w/ real feel to spin 78-80 mph SL (clip). #WWBAWorlds @PG_VirginiaWV

Was pretty impressive today in his relief outing. Frisbee sliders with some uncomfortable swings.

⭐ Uncommitted Player Spotlight ⭐
A smooth mover with feel for spin and high upside on the mound. Take a look at the #PBFG26 alum.

Have seen Winkelfoos a few times this year and today was 👌. The SL was certainly the winner.
Arm really works and sky is the limit for him.

Moving the FB in & out, then dominating the zone with SL. Stealing strikes early in counts then working outer half with SL late. Sharp, generating uncomfortable takes in zone & ⚔️
