My first indie TTRPG is out today via Pocket Quest!
B.O.A. is a rules-light game about a super-secret agency populated and run entirely by SNAKES. Think Mission Impossible meets Honey Heist and Raccoon Sky Pirates.

Who wants to do crime and get away with it? For #PocketQuest2024 I made a game about robbing trains! Fast paced, narrative focused, gambling oriented.
No lie, it's fun enough that when I finished play testing my game group still wanted to play more.
One thing I haven't discussed yet for B.O.A. are the Breeds. These are basically like classes - you get to choose from one of 6, each w/ a special Move based on IRL snake traits.
For example, the Monarch, which my friend @anoteinpink captured brilliantly!

Since this is rules-light, you don't need to memorize much for your Breed.
One of my favorites is the Droplet - a water snake! Adept at surfing hot tubs, a mudslide, a leaking milk truck. You name it!
