Art just sent me a Wikipedia link to a bio on 3 CIB Lewis Millett, a US Army officer Korean War Medal of Honor recipient for leading the last major American bayonet charge. Here's his story...@BadassoftheWeek @SteelMillJeff

@BadassoftheWeek I just finished what has to be my favorite book in your catalogue (edging out Ultimate Deathmatch) - Guts & Glory: WWII. Thank you for bringing such life and intensely palatable high-octane flavor in presenting history. This book is a home run, well done. #badass

I guarantee more people would like history if @BadassoftheWeek was their teacher. Reading the #gutsandglory on the American Revolution and I’m blown away about how he took a topic I love and somehow made it even cooler! Thank you, Sir!

Hey, @BadassoftheWeek I've got one for you. Lt William Rankin USMC.
Ejected from a fighter jet 8 miles up, fell into a COLOSSAL thunderstorm, got battered INSIDE THE STORM for 40 minutes. Landed in a forest, hitchhiked to a phone for an ambulance. Made a complete recovery.

@BadassoftheWeek here's a story for you: deaf woman welder fights off rapist by welding him into the cavity she was working on. I presume she then lit a cigarette, turned on her heel and stalked off while hs screamed impotently in his makeshift cell. images.app.goo.gl/biWuSiakPB…

I got to see one of these bad boys in person at the Museum of the US Air Force. By far one of the coolest things there.
