When Contreras retires as a player he should become an umpire because he's better at it than all of them.

I genuinely don’t understand how ordinary people are supposed to afford assisted living for their aging parents. Some facilities charge upwards of $10,000 A MONTH. That’s $120,000 a year just to make sure your parents are properly cared for. How is the average family supposed to afford that?

A playbook from the right we're seeing more and more often:
- Bogus complaint is filed
- Bogus complaint becomes "news" through a bad-faith actor in right-wing media
- Campaigns run ads based on the bogus complaint
- The complaint never actually goes anywhere because it was never legitimate to begin with, it gets dismissed and quietly goes away
But the intended damage had already been done. It was never about any actual problems or any actual accountability, it only existed to serve the campaign. We need to be more vigilant about calling these ginned-up "complaints" what they actually are: Wasting public resources on blatant media manipulation.

Was Smoltz just chastising Contreras for using a challenge that he was 100% correct on? What was that?

Hey Tom Trumpfany, why is the comfort of billionaires more important than justice for all the girls who were raped and beaten by all those old men on Epstein Island?
New unearthed Tiffany tape: Asked about why he voted against release of Esptein files, Tiffany telegraphed that Trump and other high-profile elites were in the files and needed to have their names redacted, saying, "you don't want to harm someone... perhaps an innocent bystander and they had nothing to do with Epstein, was not on the plane or whatever the case may be, but this person's name may appear in the file, you want to make sure that that person's name is redacted, because if their name appears with Epstein, when information is released, they will be smeared immediately."

Sean Duffy's 25 year old son-in-law voted in FLORIDA in the 2024 presidential election. Wisconsin does not need carpetbaggers representing us in Congress. He apparently has never voted in Wisconsin. CARPETBAGGER!

Smoltz is almost crying that Contreras challenged a pitch. FU @MLBONFOX for putting these two in the booth for the biggest series of the year. Brian Anderson and Matt Vasgersian are the gold standard for announcers. Thats who should be in the booth. Not the "D" team.
