GPs want patients to be able to see GPs Yet @wesstreeting is not listening to their concerns There are unemployed GPs & practices with too little funding to employ them Online access 8am-6.30pm without the support will be a disaster for patients & will reduce actual appts

I pay my Barber per haircut. Two a month costs me twice that of once a month. I want a skilled Barber too, not a BarberAssociate. I have to book my preferred Barber (Franco, presently) a week+ in advance. Their app is easier to use than yours too, Wes, and they ask me to preauthorise a payment, I get charged for any late no-show.

I took my son to an OP appointment this Monday They can’t do EPS to community pharmacy from the clinic line we do in GP Only to hospital out patient pharmacy- in another building-tiny pharmacy for size of the hospital- so many people-stressful for my autistic son-no place to sit

I am not a “laggard”. 1st GP in Cheshire to use online test requesting and 1st to make a C&B referral. My patients have been able to book appointments for 18 years IT/online is currently not safe for patients

Patients deserve safe & quick access to their GP Any economics student will explain if you need quick + safe, it won’t be cheap But GP costs under £140 per pt per year - less than your pet insurance Less than the cost of 🍎 a day! & we know continuity of care saves lives 7/x

We lack the resources, capacity and capabilities to meet the needs of our patients if we can’t switch off online requests when we are full Not to mention mandating we MUST contact the patient THAT SAME DAY no matter how many patients contact us 🤯 Not safe 6/x

On average 88.9 submissions per 1,000 patients in August 2025 The range = 0 to 884.8 online consults, per day, per practice Why do @NHSEngland @DHSCgovuk insist on treating all practices the same? Why can’t we temporarily pause online when we are full? This is not safe 4/x

According to this data 💥5,967 (over 96%) of practices in England have at least one online consultation system   💥5.1 million patient online submissions occurred in August 💥3.5 million clinical, the rest admin (For context every A&E nationwide offers 67,000/day) 3/x

@Campaniartecard I bought an artecard on the website, then tried to log into the app with the username (email) & password I used on the website. On the app log in it keeps giving an error message. I have the qr code pdf on an email, can I just show that if the app won't work?
