This looks like a no show to you @SouthwestAir ?? Because I’m pretty sure I just spent 2 hours circling around Ohio before landing at another airport than originally departed for Oh but since I didn’t get to my final destination my entire trip is canceled no refunds????

I have a very hard time believing a more competent airline like @Delta or @united would ever run into issues like this, as a matter of fact I can’t recall a time I’ve ever dealt with issues from either one. This is a consistent experience @SouthwestAir short cuts and budgeting

@SouthwestAir I would really appreciate this matter being resolved. I’m simply trying to get my flight back home, just issue me credits for my canceled flight and call it a night, the poor customer service and wild goose chases are beyond ridiculous.
