DEEP DEMOCRAT CORRUPTION EXPOSED: Fox45 found Baltimore City School Board members in Maryland listed on 14 nonprofits in recent IRS filings. ⠀ Mujahid Muhammad, appointed by Democrat mayor Brandon Scott in 2023, ran KEYS Empowers and took $427,201 from a 2024 filing that listed zero employees. That same Form 990 showed $2,001,754 in revenue. ⠀ FBI agents searched the KEYS Empowers headquarters at 7501 Liberty Road in September 2026. Muhammad resigned from the board the same day. The bureau has not said what the search targeted. ⠀ KEYS Empowers received $1 million in federal American Rescue Plan Act money through Scott’s administration in 2022. Related KEYS entities billed more than $32 million in Medicaid claims over seven years. ⠀ Every current board member is listed as an officer of the Gary I. Strausberg Children’s Cable Education Fund. The fund reported more than $3 million in assets and $243,000 in revenue in 2025. ⠀ Ashiah Parker, the board’s vice chair, is executive director of No Boundaries Coalition. The group reported roughly $1.5 million in revenue and paid her $120,000. Parker served as secretary of KEYS Empowers from 2016 to 2019. ⠀ Baltimore school board races are officially nonpartisan. In practice every adult member is a registered Democrat or was appointed by Democrat mayor Brandon Scott. ⠀ #Baltimore #Maryland

If you’re angry because your specific candidate didn’t win and now you’re going to sit on your couch on Election Day with your arms folded like a child, I’m just here to let you know you’re actually voting by not voting. You’re voting for democrat socialism. You’re voting for open borders. You’re voting for anti-Americanism. You’re voting for no police, jails, or tough-on-crime policies. You’re voting for a weakened military. You’re voting for Islamic calls to prayer over the loudspeaker. You’re voting for Sharia Law. You’re voting for reduced educational standards because “social equity.” You’re voting for open corruption in our government. You’re voting for open corruption in our elections. You’re voting for tyranny. So if you stay home, you’re just as much an enemy to the United States as these candidates who run on platforms that directly hurt this country. You’re a part of the problem. By not voting, you’re allowing the other side to win. That’s not okay. Don’t stay home.

Think about THIS… Baltimore’s mayor is fighting to prevent the release of documents. In 2017, Project Baltimore SUED @BaltCitySchools over public documents. We won, and exposed a MASSIVE grade changing scandal. What might be in the documents the mayor doesn’t want released?

Heading back to the Courthouse where my first case was tried over three decades ago. Now not as a young prosecutor, but as the Inspector General of Baltimore, a city that voted 3x for an independent OIG. Today is for the taxpayers & for transparency of their tax dollars. Onward!

**Statement** I am disappointed in today’s decision by the Supreme Court of Maryland. It is pretty clear we are in a post-constitutional era, one in which Supreme Court justices can act as legislators. Article 8 of the Maryland Declaration of Rights says that the legislative, executive, and judicial powers “ought to be forever separate and distinct,” and that no person exercising the functions of one department “shall assume or discharge the duties of any other.” Article 14 gives the General Assembly — not the courts — the duty to prescribe the form of a constitutional amendment on the ballot. Today, the Court took that duty for itself. The Supreme Court's decision confirms that there is no real consequence for the General Assembly breaking the law. Due process is something you can ignore. The single-subject rule is just a mere suggestion. If the state misses a deadline that the rest of us have to meet, the Court will invent a workaround. It's important to remember that the State missed many deadlines that the General Assembly itself passed into law. That is a violation of the law, not a technicality that needs clarification. The next time you miss your car registration or file your taxes late, ask for the same courtesy the General Assembly just received. See how far it gets you. The General Assembly got caught lying on the ballot. The Court did the homework for them. Two circuit courts found the question misleading and took it off the ballot. The Supreme Court agreed that the language was misleading and violated due process. They then refused the only remedy that mattered. Instead of leaving a dishonest question off the ballot, the justices rewrote it. That is not judging a case. That is legislating from the bench. Judge Gould wrote, joined by Senior Justice Harrell, that the Court should not draft ballot language. Even the replacement text still hides what voters are being asked to do. They are being asked to surrender state constitutional protections that are independent of, and sometimes stronger than, federal law. Two justices said the quiet part out loud. You are voting away rights you already have. And they still will not tell you that in plain English. Question 3 should never have been rescued. A constitution that can be rewritten from the bench, on a missed deadline, with a misleading summary, is a constitution in name only. We are currently reviewing the order with our legal team and looking at our options. Until then...... Don't vote your rights away by voting yes to Question 3. Vote NO on Question 3. Then vote Republican down the ballot. Marylanders have given Wes Moore and his allies enough ground. Not one inch more.

Baltimore sends millions in taxpayer dollars to nonprofits — but is anyone actually checking the books? The Daily Record says 24 charities with registration/compliance problems received $61 MILLION from the city and is urging the Inspector General to investigate whether Baltimore actually audits the NGOs it funds. Mayor Brandon Scott says the city has audit rights in its contracts. Great. Then use them. Taxpayers deserve receipts, not blind trust.

Absolute weaponization of state power by Maryland Gov. Wes Moore. After getting caught pushing blatant falsehoods about a political opponent during a TV interview, Moore is refusing to take accountability. Now that he is being sued for defamation, he has actively ordered taxpayer-funded state agencies to stonewall the media. Routine government questions from the Baltimore Sun, FOX45, and WJLA are now being routed directly to lawyers. This isn't about legal protocol—whistleblowers within the state agencies are already sounding the alarm, calling this an "excessively political" misuse of state resources designed purely to stall accountability and protect the Governor's image. To make matters worse, Moore is actively fundraising off his own smear campaign, blasting out emails begging for cash to fight back against "MAGA billionaires. Democrats love lecturing the country about "protecting democracy" and "freedom of the press," but the second they face accountability, they deploy the full power of the state to shield themselves.

Cecil County is one of Maryland's most conservative jurisdictions. Under Democrats' suggested new maps if HB2100 passes, Cecil County would be carved into Baltimore City to dilute Republican votes and deny their residents fair representation in Congress. Cecil County Executive Adam Streight testified in Annapolis against the gerrymandering plan, and then dismantled Democrats' claim that redistricting will address affordability:
