After 3 weeks, 10+ calls, and hours spent chasing UPS, I’ve now been told I must contact Timberland to retrieve a parcel that @UPS_UK’s own driver removed from my property without authorisation and delivered to a company expecting a completely different package. This is not a “delivery issue.” This is a driver removing property from a customer’s home and UPS refusing accountability. Facts: • UPS driver took a parcel without permission • Driver was meant to collect a different package for Timberland • Driver did not press the bell — just picked up a parcel that had been delivered to us moments earlier • UPS delivered it to Timberland • UPS Customer Service have now told me to “reach out to Timberland” to fix their mistake. This is after multiple calls, emails and after completing a claims form. This is a complete failure of process, accountability, and customer protection. @UPS_UK @UPSHelp @UPSEurope @UPS — I need some intervention here please. We need the misdelivered parcel retrieved and returned to our property. Private channels have failed. I’m escalating publicly. Ref: C-0382688746

@parcelforce - I can confirm the parcel is still missing so you’ll have to do better than just sending me a one liner on this please!

@parcelforce Despite all the glaring evidence of an error from your delivery person, I’ve received a one line response to my claim stating that “I have made enquiries and can now confirm your parcel has been delivered. The drivers GPS confirms delivery.” Simply astonishing..

@parcelforce - I even received a call from the local team confirming that the package had been delivered to the wrong address and weirdly making a suggestion for me to go around asking neighbours for my package.. weird!!
