How to take a medical history. Sounds easy enough going through a list just like in medschool until you realize that 90% of patients will go on tangents about their life, about their beliefs even before getting to the actual history of their symptoms.
What should be done in 10 minutes can last an hour if you don't reign patients back to the topic ๐
