"Completely unfit for purpose" damning verdict on @WelshGovernment developers' contract - Innocent 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿@cardiffcouncil victim leaseholder to @SeneddLGHousing Comm. But does anyone care in 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿politics? @SharpEndITV @ShiptonMartin @TedPeskettNews @EOCS_Official @BBCWalesNews @ukcag

@VW_Cardiff alarms going off for 35 minutes in the middle of the night. I slept through the alarm & had to be woken by my partner. Only a handful of people left the building & I imagine will ignore future alarms. Be it on @WelshGovernment heads when next time the fire is real

Today marks 74 months since 72 loved ones were taken from us. We have all heard the evidence, yet those responsible still walk free over 6 years on, and their companies continue to make record profits. We #demandcharges. #JusticeForOur72 #ForeverInOurHearts 💚

"First-time buyers who purchased using the Help to Buy equity loan scheme are at the sharp end." Many of them are stuck in unmortgageable flats because of the #BuildingSafetyCrisis. Unlike others, they can't redeem their #HelpToBuy loan. And they can't sell. Perfect storm.

Grapevine tells us that the "one person" has yet to have home purchased. Some 18 months on worth taking another look at why @WelshCladiators long predicted the bail -out approach would be a waste of time! @UKLabour @AberconwyMS @EOCS_Official @ShiptonMartin

Letter sent on 2 March 2023 to @Keir_Starmer from long suffering @WelshCladiator Home fire cladding victim - still waiting for courtesy of a reply. Perhaps embarrassed by @WelshLabour @WelshGovernment response & failure to legislate? @EOCS_Official @CommonholdNow @NickTorfaen

Latest update from 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿. Progress still far too slow but good to see LA & Fire Services apply new 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿legal powers against building owners. Laws denied to 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿victims by @JulieJamesMS & @WelshGovernment. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 victims would welcome statements from @WelshLGA & @SWFireandRescue @mawwfire

Thank you @mtpennycook. Could you please speak to @JulieJamesMS @WelshGovernment about their failure to legislate to protect 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿victims as well as their two track social v private victims approach. Many of us are trad @UKLabour voters. @SDoughtyMP

Many hundreds of #CardiffBay 🔥🏠 cladding constituents have seen little evidence of @vaughangething “working hard” for them against belligerent cartel developers over last 6 years. Another story to accompany the much fancied “next 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿FM” @UKLabour @WillHayCardiff @ShiptonMartin
It looks some somebody might be trying to stop somebody taking over from somebody else. On the plus side, there are plenty of talented people who can take his place. There's, er, wassisname . . . and there's that woman from, er . . . oh, you know! . . . and don't forget that tall bloke with the eyebrows . . . no, hang on, he's in Plaid Cymru. Joking aside, the honest thing to do would be to let the lobbyists, the third sector gangs, and the pressure groups, take over and run Wales directly.

Six years on & Celestia leaseholders still waiting for #Redrow to deliver their remediation plan & timetable despite @WelshGovernment Developers’ contract stating 13 June deadline! Over to @JulieJamesMS for 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 enforcement actions? @AberconwyMS @DoddsJane @CommonholdNow @HBFWales

And it won't be long before more Builders follow suit in 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿. What are the penalties they face? Where is the enforcement agency? In fact where are the Welsh Government in this? Saying "We got the Pact signed, what more do you want?" Isn't good enough.

Here’s one for @huwthomas_Wales & his developer led @cardiffcouncil. Time to wake up and realise we are no longer in 1980s where you can knock down everything of value. @CardiffCivicSoc @savehaileypark @MaindySave @cardifflibdems @CardiffConservs

Another strong critique on the effectiveness or “lack of” from @WGEconomy Minister @vaughangething. But will come as no surprise to long suffering 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🏠🔥 cladding victims in his Cardiff Bay constituency and the tenacious @cymru_inquiry families fighting for answers. @UKLabour
Today's @walesonline column on the role that the @WelshGovernment could and should be playing in supporting the business community in #Wales
