THE GOVERNMENT IS BUILDING DIGITAL INFRASTRUCTURE DEEPER INTO YOUR ORDINARY LIFE.
Not tomorrow. NOW and Andy Burnham has just shown you HOW.
Not by announcing a DIGITAL CAGE.
By protecting you from cowboy builders.
There it is, another completely ordinary transaction that apparently needs a government backed DIGITAL SYSTEM sitting in the middle.
You. Your builder. Your house. Your money.
That arrangement survived for centuries, but thank God Andy has arrived with an APP, because you and Dave the plasterer settling a bill between yourselves was becoming dangerously independent.
Burnham says it’s to stop cowboys taking huge deposits, doing half the job and disappearing.
Fair enough, that’s the SALE.
Now look at the PRODUCT.
Your private building job becomes a digital project recording
→ YOUR HOME
→ YOUR CONTRACT
→ YOUR QUOTE
→ YOUR PRICE
→ YOUR PAYMENT MILESTONES
→ YOUR PAYMENT APPROVALS
→ YOUR PROJECT DOCUMENTS
→ PHOTOS OF THE WORK
→ AGREED CHANGES
→ HANDOVER DOCUMENTS
Payments are tied to milestones. The project builds its own digital evidence trail.
Finished?
The record STAYS IN THE APP.
Photos. Notes. Changes. Documents.
We went from stopping Keith nicking your kitchen deposit to digitally recording what you’re doing to YOUR HOUSE and how you’re paying for it remarkably quickly.
But don’t worry.
It’s for your SAFETY.
It always bloody is.
THIS is what people need to understand.
Each piece sounds reasonable on its own.
That’s precisely why nobody sees the architecture being built.
Nobody stands outside Number 10 and announces WE’RE GOING TO DIGITISE MORE OF YOUR ORDINARY LIFE.
You’d object.
Instead, you get a thousand perfectly reasonable reasons.
Prove your age, your identity, your immigration status, your Right to Work. Access a service, verify an account and now, apparently, protect yourself from a cowboy builder.
Different problem. Same answer.
DIGITISE IT.
VERIFY IT.
RECORD IT.
CONNECT IT.
We know the direction of travel because the Government has TOLD us.
Its Digital ID plans describe digital identity sitting at the HEART of next generation public services and reaching into the WIDER ECONOMY.
Right to Work is already heading towards mandatory DIGITAL checking.
So no, I’m not claiming Andy’s builder app secretly IS the national Digital ID.
Something bigger is happening in plain sight.
THE INFRASTRUCTURE IS SPREADING.
One perfectly reasonable use at a time.
That’s how you build something people might reject if you showed them the finished architecture on day one.
You don’t show them the wall.
You sell them the BRICKS.
One for employment. One for age. One for identity. One for government services. One for payments. One for property.
Every brick solves a problem. Every brick has a lovely explanation. Every brick is terribly convenient.
Then one day somebody looks up and wonders who built the bloody WALL.
Nobody did, apparently.
It just sort of happened.
Funny that and then there’s Andy.
This is why people shouldn’t underestimate him.
Starmer sells state control like a bloke selling haemorrhoid cream at a funeral. You immediately want to leave.
Burnham sells it with a northern accent, a smile and an everyday fix.
Good builders. Bad cowboys. Safe families. Helpful app.
Would you like a Freddo with your DATA TRAIL?
Because the cleverest expansion of government power isn’t the one that frightens you.
It’s the one you DOWNLOAD yourself.
That’s the bit people are missing.
The cowboy builder is almost irrelevant.
Look past him.
Another app. More verification. More digital records. More of your life turned into DATA.
Maybe every brick is innocent.
Fine. I’m looking at the WALL.
Nobody needs to force a digital cage on us if they can persuade us to build it ourselves.
One helpful app at a time.
So while Andy tells you to watch the COWBOY, I’m watching the SALESMAN.
The cowboy might take your deposit and disappear.
The infrastructure DOESN’T.
Today, we're putting the cowboys out of business.
Most builders in this country are decent people who take pride in their work and charge a fair price for it.
But the small number who don’t follow the same pattern: take a big deposit, do half a job, then disappear with your hard-earned money.
That's got to change. So we're backing a new system that gives you the option to have your money held safely and released bit by bit as the work is completed.
Do the work, get paid. It's as simple as that.
And we'll help our good builders stand out from the cowboys too.
Tradespeople who meet our new set of standards will be able to show customers that they do things properly and can be trusted with their homes.
This is another one of our everyday fixes to help with the cost of living, and to get people in every part of this country to finally believe in Britain again.
This is already running in GLASGOW, LONDON, HILLINGDON and BELFAST. Different forms. Same trick. Grant. Kick out. Homeless flag. Front of the list. Ordinary families wait.
EDINBURGH just left the paperwork out.
April 2025. 31,000 ordinary applicants FROZEN. Only GOLD and HOMELESS cases still moved. Get a Home Office YES and Mears gives you 28 days to leave. You walk into the council as homeless the same week. Scotland has to house you. That is how you go in front of 31,000 people who have been waiting for years.
Not magic. A rule.
Refugee homeless claims into EDINBURGH from outside Scotland went from 121 to 439. About 40 a month now turn up with a yes letter. TEMP beds used by those cases went from 1 percent to more than 16 percent. The Scottish household share barely moved. Homelessness up about 75 percent in five years. Over 31,000 still in the queue. About 42,000 homes in the whole pot.
FOI waiting times. Non priority about 6,629 days. Gold about 659. Homeless silver about 1,015. Asylum and refugee cases about 756. And only 1,242 council homes went out in 2024/25. That is not a queue. That is a locked door with a side entrance.
The freeze was not kindness. The council had already failed its legal duty 3,263 times in a year. About 14,219 people homeless, including about 3,980 children. By October 2025 there were 675 newly granted refugees in temporary stock. 95 belonged to another Scottish council. 173 belonged elsewhere in the UK. Still sitting in Edinburgh.
SCOTLAND scrapped priority need in 2012. In 2022 it stopped councils sending people back to another Scottish city. An asylum hotel stay here does not even count as a local tie. In ENGLAND it usually does. So they can pick the capital. That is the magnet.
Westminster builds the cliff. Holyrood takes the fence down. The council freezes the list so it does not keep breaking the law. Guess who pays.
Now follow the invoice. That is the bit they hope you never do.
Home Office asylum housing was sold at about £4.5 billion. The watchdog now says about £15.3 billion.
MEARS runs Scotland and Northern Ireland. Clearsprings the South. Serco the Midlands and the North West. Profits in the hundreds of millions. Clearsprings about £187 million. Mears had to hand back £13.8 million extra. Hotels pay better than houses. Even the auditors said it.
Then the claim is granted and the bill changes hands. Home Office stops paying. Council tax starts.
Edinburgh spent £53 million on temporary beds in 2024/25. That budget went from £28 million to £80 million. About £40.5 million a year already going out to private rooms and commissioned beds. Officers said keeping ordinary lettings shut saved about £7.9 million. They pulled 380 council homes out of the normal stock and turned them into temporary units. Keys lifted off the 31,000.
ENGLAND does not copy the freeze. It pins you to the town that housed you. HILLINGDON went from 71 homeless refugee households to 2,098. England as a whole from 3,560 to 19,310. 1.3 million still waiting.
NORTHERN IRELAND uses points. Homelessness is worth about 70. That is urgent. About 49,700 on the list. Non British or Irish citizens took 7.4 percent of the keys.
GLASGOW is further gone. Non EU nationals around 40 percent of homeless applications. About a third of the temporary beds from people with refugee status.
They have voted to unfreeze it from October. Lovely. That does not give anyone back 16 months. It does not change the letter. It does not put the fence back up.
This is not a suitcase under a table. This is a machine. Private firms get paid to warehouse people. Councils get the bill when the yes arrives. A homeless flag becomes a key. The family that waited years gets told to sit still.
Boy who cried wolf had one lie. This lot built a whole housing list out of them.
telegraph.co.uk/news/2026/08…
Three days after the Home Office printed leaflets telling new arrivals not to rape and that women have equal rights…
This was filmed in London.
WE FOLLOW SHARIA LAW IN THIS COUNTRY
ALLAHU AKBAR
Police stood yards away and did nothing.
That is not surrender.
That is the state stepping aside while another authority takes the street.
The moment a country stops enforcing its own law and looks away.
When a government starts handing out HOW NOT TO RAPE booklets, the experiment is over.
They print the rules in ENGLISH for men who cannot read them.
Then pay interpreters at PUBLIC EXPENSE to explain that children are not for sex.
Next they will hand out CHASTITY BELTS to British women and British men and paid for by the same taxpayers who never asked for any of this.
This is not protection.
This is the white flag.
They just printed it
Might as well issue CHASTITY BELTS and a WHITE FLAG with every hotel key.
There is NO complete official number for the last six years. The government does not publish national RAPE or SEXUAL OFFENCE figures by immigration status.
What little data exists is already BAD enough. Foreign nationals made up 14 percent of sexual offence convictions in 2024. Their convictions rose 62 percent from 2021 to 2024, FASTER than British nationals. The nationalities that dominate the SMALL BOATS saw a 110 percent rise.
Hotel reviews only catch the ones that reached COURT. One look at fifty hotels found forty-four sexual offence charges in a single year, including four alleged RAPES. Other compilations keep naming more.
Most attacks never get reported. Of those that do, many never reach charge. Of those that reach charge the immigration status is often never published. The real total is UNKNOWN and almost certainly HIGHER.
They will not publish the full picture. Yet they print HOW NOT TO RAPE booklets. That tells you EVERYTHING about how bad they already know it is.
They felt the need to WRITE IT DOWN.
RAPE is illegal.
Children under 16 cannot CONSENT.
Women do not need a man’s PERMISSION to leave the house.
You cannot CUT a girl’s genitals.
You cannot leave a child alone or DENY them food.
That is not prevention. That is DAMAGE CONTROL after the fact.
The booklet sits inside a formal Home Office programme set up after the hotel protests. Its own language is about managing HIGH RISK individuals and restoring public trust. They already know a portion of the people they admit present a measurable RISK to women, girls and vulnerable men. Instead of stopping the selection or removing them they issue a leaflet and move people into HMOs so the problem is harder to protest in one place.
Countries that still protect their own people do not have to issue these instructions to adults they chose to house and support. The fact the Home Office produced this shows they know a significant number of the people they are bringing in come from places where these BASIC RULES are not automatic.
The system is no longer confident the people it brings in share the MINIMUM STANDARDS required to live safely among the rest of us. So it is reduced to spelling those standards out in plain English and hoping they stick.
This is an OFFICIAL ADMISSION that the selection process has FAILED and they’ve handed the country on a plate.
THE LAW SAYS CHILD. THE CEREMONY SAYS BRIDE.
A 14 YEAR OLD GIRL. She had met the man ONCE. An undercover reporter asks a senior Muslim cleric in West Yorkshire to perform the NIKAH.
This was 2013.
ITV asked 56 mosques the same question. Two thirds refused, many condemning it outright.
18 said YES. Including him.
Old footage? No. A RECEIPT.
Because Britain had another ten years before the law finally caught up.
Until 2023, 16 year olds could legally marry in England and Wales with parental consent. Parliament then raised the minimum age to 18 and extended the offence to certain religious or traditional ceremonies that aren’t legally recognised marriages.
Because changing the NAME never changed the AGE and within months, the new law had its first test.
November 2023. Northampton. Two 16 year olds, already turned away by another mosque, approached imam Ashraf Osmani.
He conducted their nikah.
No finding of coercion. None was needed for the child-marriage offence. They were under 18.
January 2026. Osmani pleaded guilty and became the first person sentenced under the new provisions.
Now there’s the part legislation can’t magically fix.
A civil marriage creates paperwork. Registration. A RECORD.
A religious nikah can exist without becoming a legally recognised civil marriage.
The law can close a loophole. It can’t see through walls.
Look at the Government’s own numbers.
In 2025 the Forced Marriage Unit received 1,295 contacts concerning possible forced marriage or FGM and provided tailored assistance in 406 cases. 163 involved someone 17 or under. 87 involved someone 15 or younger.
Important distinction: these are assistance cases, NOT 406 confirmed forced marriages, and some concern FGM or intended future marriages.
But 58 had NO overseas element.
Whatever potential or actual forced marriage was involved was entirely inside Britain.
Not somewhere else. HERE.
And Government itself warns these figures cannot tell us the true prevalence.
That’s the part that should bother everyone.
2013: cameras find 18 mosques willing to agree to marry a 14 year old.
2023: Parliament changes the law. Within months, an imam conducts an underage nikah anyway.
2025: children are still appearing in Forced Marriage Unit cases, including cases with no overseas element.
2026: the first sentence under the new provisions.
Police. Schools. Social services. Councils. Safeguarding teams. An entire STATE apparatus built to protect children.
But if a private ceremony leaves no civil marriage record and nobody raises the alarm, where exactly does that child appear in the system?
That’s the blind spot.
Most of those 56 mosques REFUSED. Many condemned the proposal. This is not every mosque and it is not every Muslim.
But 18 willing to marry a 14 year old was 18 too many.
Equality before the law isn’t complicated. Mosque. Church. Temple. Registry office. Front room.
Same country. Same protection.
Religion cannot age her. Culture cannot age her. A ceremony cannot age her.
FOURTEEN is fourteen. SIXTEEN is sixteen. Neither can marry in England and Wales today.
So don’t dismiss that footage because it was filmed in 2013.
It isn’t the ending. It’s the timestamp.
2013: CAMERA.
2023: LAW.
2026: COURTROOM.
Thirteen years from exposure to the first sentence under those provisions and after all of it, Government still cannot tell us the true scale of what remains HIDDEN.
SICKENING.
Britain has spent YEARS telling us the lessons of GROOMING GANGS were learned. Then explain this.
7 AFGHAN NATIONALS. 40 CHARGES.
28 COUNTS OF RAPE. Conspiracy to rape. Facilitating human trafficking. Perverting the course of justice.
TWO GIRLS. Both in their early-to-mid teens. Alleged offending spanning almost TWO YEARS and these aren’t anonymous numbers.
Ahmadin Ahmadzai, 20. 9 rape charges, 2 conspiracy to rape, facilitating human trafficking and perverting the course of justice.
Jamil Khalili, 20. 7 rape charges, conspiracy to rape and facilitating human trafficking.
Qais Kaker, 20. 4 rape charges, conspiracy to rape and facilitating human trafficking.
Sayed Wahid Davodzai, 20. 4 rape charges and conspiracy to rape.
Mohammed Farooq Shinwary. 2 rape charges.
Fazal Auryakhel, 20. 1 rape charge.
Ali Ahamad, 21. 1 rape charge and 3 counts of facilitating human trafficking.
Then an EIGHTH Afghan national, Bilal Shinwari, 20, was arrested in Ireland and returned to Britain. He faces four more charges, including 2 alleged rapes of a girl under 16.
The CPS describes alleged organised GROOMING-GANG activity.
Now the part I can’t get past.
A girl disclosed abuse in SEPTEMBER 2023. Police opened an investigation and arrests began that year. Six of the seven originally charged had previously been arrested in connection with it.
Yet the alleged offending period didn’t end until MAY 2025.
Roughly TWENTY MONTHS after the investigation began.
The alarm wasn’t missed. It had already RUNG.
That doesn’t mean police knew every alleged offence was happening or had evidence to charge these men earlier. But after Rotherham, Rochdale, Telford and years of inquiries into children falling through gaps, that timeline needs explaining.
Especially because Norfolk already had the machinery. Its specialist Multi-Agency Child Exploitation team brings together police and Children’s Services, handling around 50 new medium/high-risk cases a month and roughly 200 open at any time.
Yet the College of Policing says its work has NEVER been formally evaluated.
Specialist team. Shared information. Risk assessments. Hundreds of cases. Everything except formally checking whether the bloody machinery works.
Norfolk was also one of only six forces examined in a national inspection of police responses to group-based child sexual exploitation. The team, intelligence, inspection and recommendations were already THERE.
Now watch the calendar.
MAY 2025 alleged offending period ends. JUNE 2025 child exploitation and child sexual abuse become Norfolk safeguarding priorities. JULY 2025 a dedicated multi-agency team is established for this investigation.
MAY 2026 coordinated raids. Six addresses in Norwich, one in Scotland. Shinwari was in IRELAND, arrested there and returned.
The video shows police finally going through the DOORS. It’s what happened before those doors came down that needs explaining.
Then the immigration trail. Five of the original seven entered by SMALL BOAT, one concealed in a lorry and one attempted clandestine entry through Portsmouth ferry port. All seven later had refugee status. Shinwari also entered by small boat and remained an asylum seeker.
None lived in Norfolk asylum hotels. None of the alleged offences happened there. Facts matter. ALL of them.
Meanwhile Baroness Casey’s national audit was still finding information-sharing failures and fragmented data between agencies after years of reviews and promises to join the dots.
So much for joining the dots.
THIS investigation then produces the Phoenix Project, bringing police, Children’s Services and health together to protect children from exploitation. Another project. Another lesson apparently learned.
What happened to the lessons we already PAID to learn?
When were these men identified? What did agencies know and when? What protection surrounded those girls? Why did the dedicated team arrive in July 2025? When did Shinwari leave Britain and was he already a suspect?
Maybe there are legitimate answers. Then GIVE them.
All eight men are CHARGED, not convicted. They deny the allegations and guilt belongs to the court. Asking institutions to explain their own timeline convicts nobody.
Britain didn’t need another FIRE ALARM. Rotherham rang it. Rochdale rang it. Telford rang it. We held the inquiries, built the teams, wrote the strategies and promised to join the dots.
Then another girl rang it in September 2023. The investigation opened. Arrests began. Yet the alleged offending period continued for roughly another TWENTY MONTHS.
Forget another dashboard showing how beautifully the machinery connects. There’s only one connection that matters.
Did it connect those GIRLS to SAFETY?
The alarm wasn’t silent. It RANG.
Now explain what happened after they heard it.
WATCH THIS. What he’s describing is ALARMING. What sits behind it is even more DISTURBING.
He’s telling you what he sees inside British prisons.
What he CAN’T show you is the machinery behind it. What had to go wrong for THIS to become normal and that’s where the situation goes from DIRE to potentially CATASTROPHIC.
He describes prisons with huge numbers of foreign nationals, men who can’t speak English, unknown histories, serious sexual offenders and rehabilitation problems most people outside those walls never see.
I can’t verify every prison-specific number he gives. I CAN check the system he’s describing.
More than 10,000 foreign nationals are in our prisons. Enough that Government is actively looking at faster removal of eligible foreign offenders to create SPACE.
But here’s what bothered me.
Last week I showed you the word conveniently missing from PRISONS ARE FULL. STAFF.
Frontline officer numbers fell another 732 in a year to 21,984 by March. Meanwhile there were still 10,326 assaults on staff in the year to September.
So take what this man describes and put it inside THAT system. More complicated prisoners don’t require fewer experienced officers. They require MORE. Assessment, intelligence, communication, rehabilitation, security.
Yet investigations have exposed drugs, phones, bribery, criminal networks and officers groomed to smuggle contraband. Suspected staff corruption incidents rose 270% from 2020, with former governors warning organised crime was filling the vacuum and that word matters.
VACUUM. Because when experienced officers disappear, power doesn’t. Someone else takes it. Gangs create their own order, drugs create debt, debt creates intimidation and corruption buys access.
Apparently the answer is more prisons.
Brilliant but except a cell without enough officers isn’t capacity. It’s CONCRETE.
Then comes the bit bordering on farce. Capacity gets tight, so release people earlier. More people end up supervised outside, some breach licence and get RECALLED straight back into the system.
Around 13,800 were inside on recall by August 2025. Government projections themselves acknowledge earlier-release measures can increase the population exposed to recall.
Release to create SPACE. Recall back into the SPACE and apparently we’re surprised the maths doesn’t work.
Now the whole jigsaw fits. Overcrowding stretches staff. Fewer experienced staff weakens control. Weak control gives organised crime room to grow. Dangerous prisons drive more staff out. Capacity tightens. Government reaches for early release.
The crisis feeds ITSELF.
Politicians would much rather talk about BEDS. Concrete is easy. Build a prison, cut a ribbon, take the photograph.
People are inconvenient. They need PAY, protection, training and years of experience and annoyingly, you have to pay them again next year.
So we hollowed out the PEOPLE while obsessing over the BUILDINGS.
This man describes what he sees on the LANDING. Investigations show what grows in the gaps. Government figures show the machinery underneath it. Early release shows what happens when the sums stop working.
Nobody needed a crystal ball.
They keep telling us Britain is running out of prison SPACE.
Look closer.
We’re running out of CONTROL and when the state loses control inside the prison walls, opening the gate earlier doesn’t solve it.
It moves the consequences to OUR side of them.
Ever wondered how Britain got itself into this mess? Listen to a former Cabinet minister and suddenly it all makes SENSE.
A BROTHEL.
Apparently that’s what Edwina Currie thinks 1,250 single male ASYLUM SEEKERS being placed near Piddington are obviously going to need.
ABSURD doesn’t quite cover it. OUTRAGEOUS barely gets started. And then you examine the logic and arrive somewhere around DERANGED.
Women are worried about their SAFETY and apparently the answer is, have we tried more WOMEN?
Apparently SELF-CONTROL is no longer enough. Women fear sexual violence and somehow the problem becomes a shortage of women. So find some OTHER WOMEN to take the risk.
Think about what that implies. Grown men might NEED sexual access to women, with women provided as a pressure-release valve for male behaviour.
Since when did a woman’s body become part of an accommodation package?
Sex workers are WOMEN, Edwina. Not human sandbags for male frustration or a BUFFER ZONE between men and the women you’d rather protect. If protecting one group means putting another closer to the supposed risk, you haven’t protected women.
You’ve decided which women should ABSORB it.
British men aren’t issued WOMEN to keep them well behaved. They’re expected to exercise SELF-CONTROL, respect consent and obey the law. Going without sex earns ZERO entitlement to somebody else’s body.
Why would that standard change here?
If these men can behave themselves, they don’t NEED a brothel. If they can’t without one, the problem is considerably bigger than the absence of one and here’s the farce. Keeping or managing a brothel is ILLEGAL in England and Wales.
So amid an argument about respecting British law, a former Cabinet minister reaches for something British law itself prohibits.
Perhaps THAT is how Britain got here. Something unacceptable happens and instead of saying NO, the instinct is to accommodate, manage and adjust Britain around the PROBLEM.
Women aren’t an AMENITY. Sex workers aren’t sacrificial shock absorbers for everybody else’s safety. Rape doesn’t happen because Britain forgot to provide enough SEX. It happens because somebody decides another person’s NO doesn’t matter.
If protecting women requires supplying OTHER WOMEN, you haven’t solved the problem.
You’ve subcontracted the RISK.
A SEALED PACKAGE. A FOREIGN STATE. NO SEARCH. AND WEAPONS HAVE BEEN SMUGGLED THIS WAY BEFORE.
Right now, foreign governments can send officially marked diplomatic consignments into Britain that Customs normally CAN’T OPEN, look inside, internally SCAN or simply detain.
STOP picturing a little leather bag. DIPLOMATIC BAG is the legal name. It can mean packages, consignments, crates, freight. Potentially vastly bigger than anything you’d normally call a bag.
That includes consignments from countries whose state apparatus Britain considers a STATE THREAT. Iran’s IRGC is now formally designated a threat to UK national security, while MI5 says it tracked more than 20 potentially lethal Iran-backed plots in ONE YEAR.
Yet properly marked diplomatic bags get full inviolability. HMRC says normally no internal examination, SCANNING or detention.
Not because we TRUST Iran. Because the VIENNA CONVENTION says diplomatic bags are inviolable.
Here’s the contradiction.
The Convention says a diplomatic bag should contain ONLY diplomatic documents or articles intended for official use. Yet ordinarily we CAN’T OPEN IT TO CHECK.
ONLY OFFICIAL MATERIAL INSIDE. DON’T OPEN IT TO CHECK.
So what happens when the government sending it has no intention of playing by the rules?
Because this isn’t hypothetical.
1980. Six armed men storm the IRANIAN EMBASSY in London. 26 hostages. One murdered. The SAS storms it in Operation Nimrod. The attackers had submachine guns, pistols, ammunition and grenades. Historical accounts say their weapons were believed to have reached Britain through IRAQI diplomatic channels, with Iraq backing opponents of Tehran.
Four years later. Another embassy. Another gun.
17 April 1984. Gunfire from inside Libya’s diplomatic mission hits a peaceful demonstration in St James’s Square. Ten wounded. 25 year old police officer Yvonne Fletcher fatally shot.
Britain surrounds the building for eleven days, but diplomatic protections constrain what it can do. Government records later show ministers discussing fears that diplomatic bags could be used to remove arms and explosives when the Libyans leave. Britain severs diplomatic relations. The occupants leave.
So don’t tell me diplomatic protection CAN’T be abused.
History says otherwise.
The system exists for good reason. Britain doesn’t want hostile governments opening OUR diplomatic communications either. But every protection becomes a vulnerability when somebody decides the rules don’t apply to them.
THIS is where it gets darker.
Security services don’t only worry about somebody arriving with a weapon in his hand. The nightmare is personnel already INSIDE the country. Operatives. Proxies. Networks capable of sitting quiet until somebody decides to use them.
MI5 warns about Iranian-backed activity and PROXIES on British soil. Recent reporting also alleges that people suspected of Iranian intelligence links, including the IRGC, have been intercepted trying to reach Britain through SMALL-BOAT smuggling routes.
Now put that beside the diplomatic package.
People potentially entering through one vulnerability. Protected consignments through another.
That does NOT prove the two are connected. There is no evidence Iran is currently filling diplomatic consignments with weapons or using them to supply operatives in Britain.
But from a national-security perspective, how could you NOT ask the question?
An operative already inside Britain doesn’t necessarily need to carry everything across the border himself.
That’s the nightmare scenario. Not an invading army marching onto Dover beach. Hostile-state infrastructure quietly established INSIDE the country before anybody realises what they’re looking at.
OPERATIVES and proxies are one security problem. Protected diplomatic consignments another.
One is WHO gets into Britain.
The other is WHAT a hostile state might try to bring in.
PEOPLE at one door. Protected diplomatic consignments at another.
Different routes. Same question.
DO WE ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT’S COMING INTO OUR OWN COUNTRY?
We spend billions on warships, aircraft, intelligence and DEFENCE while some of the most uncomfortable vulnerabilities aren’t out in the Atlantic.
They’re at the border. The airport. The embassy.
Sometimes inside a sealed package effectively telling Customs, DON’T OPEN.
The Vienna Convention can tell a hostile state what it’s ALLOWED to put inside.
It cannot make it OBEY.
So the frightening question isn’t whether diplomatic protection has ever been abused.
History answered THAT.
It’s whether we’d know if somebody was abusing it NOW.
Brilliant work by @mpfelton. Watch his video. Then read that last question again.
MORE MEN ARRIVING. FORMER MILITARY CAMPS BEING USED TO HOUSE THEM. WOMEN OUTNUMBERED SIX TO ONE.
We’re told this is FAIRNESS. But step back and look at the bigger picture.
More than 230,000 people have now arrived by small boat since 2018. Britain’s entire Regular Armed Forces stands at 137,970. The number of people who have crossed is now substantially larger than the force we rely on to DEFEND the country.
Now former MILITARY TRAINING CAMPS are being used to accommodate asylum seekers, including plans for 1,200 single adult men at RAF Linton-on-Ouse, where MPs say the local area could face SIX MEN FOR EVERY WOMAN.
Stop and think about that.
The places built to DEFEND Britain are now being repurposed to accommodate the consequences of a border system we still can’t control and we’re calling this “FAIRNESS”.
FAIR SHARE, THEY SAY.
Former military camps. Predominantly adult men. Tiny communities absorbing huge numbers and the answer? Apparently keep spreading the problem around until everyone gets their fair share.
GENIUS.
Because this isn’t one hotel. One village. One military site.
It’s the SCALE.
Thousands arriving. Hotels. HMOs. Barracks. Former military training sites. Communities being told to play their part. Taxpayers picking up the bill.
At some point, you have to stop looking at each piece separately and look at the PICTURE.
We can’t keep pretending we’re simply moving people around a map.
We’re changing the country around them and here’s the bit that really gets me.
We’re still talking about the disaster as if it’s something that might happen.
It isn’t.
The pressure is ALREADY HERE.
The hotels are being closed. The people in them are being moved. Military sites are already being used. Communities are already being asked to absorb the numbers. The taxpayer is already paying.
Now we’re arguing about how to distribute it more “FAIRLY”.
That isn’t prevention.
That’s MANAGING THE DAMAGE.
Then there’s the money.
Crowborough Army Camp has already cost £7.1 MILLION in its first four months, working out at about £160 per person per night. That was MORE than the average hotel cost of roughly £144–£145. The site is now being expanded towards a capacity of 540.
So when we’re told moving people into former military sites is the cheaper answer, the obvious question is, WHERE IS THE SAVING?
Hotel to HMO. Hotel to barracks. Barracks to training camp.
Different building. Same problem.
Keep moving it. Keep spreading it. Keep finding somewhere else to put it.
But you can’t expand accommodation forever. You can’t keep asking communities to absorb more.
You can’t keep using DEFENCE infrastructure to compensate for border failure and you can’t keep calling the consequences FAIRNESS.
Maybe the question isn’t whether we’ve gone too far. Maybe it’s whether we’ve reached the point where moving the pieces around is no longer enough.
Because eventually somebody has to change the DIRECTION.
Otherwise we’re not solving the problem.
We’re BUILDING THE NEXT ONE and then we’ll spend another ten years arguing about where to PUT IT.
WHAT DOES THIS COUNTRY LOOK LIKE IN TEN YEARS?
Want to know why this country’s in this mess? People like her ARE the reason, saying it out loud like it’s a plan.
FAIR SHARE OF WHAT, ANNA? The boats? The hotels? The housing pressure? The taxpayer bill? The disruption? Pick one. You clearly haven't.
If your answer to a system that's completely out of control is to spread the mess more evenly, you haven't fixed anything. You've just made sure everyone gets a turn at cleaning up your failure.
Anna Turley keeps saying "fairness." Cute word for it.
Blackpool's had enough? Don't stop the problem. MOVE IT. Spread it round the country like a bad smell, until every postcode gets its FAIR SHARE. That's not policy. That's a management technique for people who've given up managing.
No community should be overburdened, she says. So instead, EVERY community gets a slice of the burden.
Absolutely pathetic. That's not solving a problem. That's NATIONALISING one you never had the guts to actually fix.
Here’s the bit that should genuinely turns my stomach.
Sites built for BRITAIN'S DEFENCE, for training soldiers, are now housing predominantly adult men of fighting age, arriving through a system your own government still can't control.
Moving people from hotels into military sites doesn't make the problem vanish. It just moves the men, the pressure, and the bill, and dresses it up as a solution.
Hotel to HMO. Hotel to barracks. Barracks to training camp. Same men. Same pressure. Same taxpayer bill. Different postcode, better photo op.
And they told us this would save money.
Really?
CROWBOROUGH: £160 per person, per night.
AVERAGE HOTEL: £144 per person, per night.
DIFFERENCE: £16 MORE, per person, per night.
AT 540 PEOPLE: £86,400 a night, versus £77,760 in a hotel.
THE GAP: roughly £3 MILLION MORE A YEAR, at full capacity.
That's the "saving." Three million pounds a year, and they had the nerve to sell it to you as the responsible choice.
And Wethersfield? The Public Accounts Committee found the government's own headline cost comparison quietly left out £105 MILLION in acquisition, lease and set-up costs.
They didn't forget that number. You don't forget £105 million. They left it out because the real figure makes a mockery of every word they've told you.
So when they tell you these camps are the cheaper answer, ask the only question that matters: WHERE IS THE SAVING?
The boats are still coming. The pressure's still there. The bill's still landing on you.
You haven't solved anything, Anna. You've just moved the furniture around a burning house and asked us to admire the new layout.
This isn't incompetence anymore. Incompetence doesn't hide its own numbers this carefully.
FAIRNESS isn't making every community inherit the wreckage of a system that was never fixed. Fairness is having a system that actually WORKS.
Stop the roundabout. Or better yet, get off it, and take your excuses with you.
A woman allegedly held down at KNIFEPOINT and raped in a London park.
Two Afghan defendants are on trial over the alleged attack, Noorullah Ahmdzai, 26, and a teenage defendant who cannot legally be named.
She broke down in tears while giving evidence at Snaresbrook Crown Court, with the hearing briefly adjourned because she became too distressed to continue. She told the court one man held her down while the other was on top of her, with one allegedly grabbing her legs.
The alleged attack happened in Barking Park on 16 August 2025. Both defendants deny the charges.
If they are found GUILTY, this is utterly horrifying, and people wonder why the public are SICK AND TIRED of this.
The boats keep coming. The numbers keep rising and we're told to accept it and do our bit.
WE ARE. We pay the bills. We carry the consequences.
Until the boats stop, until these unvetted men stop being let straight onto our streets, nobody is safe. Not women. Not children. Not men. Nobody.
One victim is already one too many. This isn't the first time. It won't be the last, not while the boats keep coming and nobody stops them.
Stop telling us to do our bit. START DOING YOURS. STOP THE BOATS.
If THIS is progress, I dread to see what FAILURE looks like. He stood on the cliffs on 2 August telling us this was PROGRESS.
22 DAYS in office. 3,003 CROSSINGS. Nearly a THIRD of that in the last four days alone. A RECORD 230 on one boat.
Then yesterday came the lecture that we all need to play our part.
Oh, we are.
The British ARE more than playing their part in this, you absolute T*SSER.
£14 MILLION a year, one boat. £186 MILLION since you took office. That’s OUR bit. We’ve been doing it for years.
What more exactly do you want from us?
230 people. ONE boat. £14 MILLION a year just from THEM.
We’ve done our bit.
Do YOUR bit and STOP THE BOATS.
Three roofs. Three prices. Hotel, £14 MILLION a year, for 230 people. HMO, £1.95 MILLION. Barracks, £13.4 MILLION. One of these isn’t like the others, and it’s not the one costing less.
They told you barracks would save money. That’s not a saving. That’s the same bill in a different building.
HOTEL
Per night: £39,100
Per month: £1.17 MILLION
Per year: £14 MILLION
MILITARY BARRACKS
Per night: £36,800
Per month: £1.1 MILLION
Per year: £13.4 MILLION
HMOS
Per night: £5,347.50
Per month: £160,425
Per year: £1.95 MILLION
A national rollout, still growing.
Wethersfield’s ceiling is 1,700. Crowborough’s being extended. RAF Scampton already cost £60 MILLION before being scrapped, never even opened.
Three more sites, Barnham, Bicester, Linton-on-Ouse, are planned for 3,750 more people.
Parliament’s own library has reported plans involving thousands of additional bedspaces, while the Home Office has been operating asylum accommodation across hundreds of sites nationwide.
Parliament’s own Public Accounts Committee has criticised the Home Office’s long-term planning and its reliance on hotels.
The Shadow Home Secretary’s own words, “built on an assumption that the hotels magically empty themselves, they still have no plan for where these people will go.”
THE WIDER SYSTEM
At the end of 2025, 107,003 people were receiving asylum support.
30,657 were still in hotels.
46,824 were members of family groups.
The Government says the asylum support system cost around £4 BILLION last year.
FOUR BILLION.
But apparently WE need to “do our bit”.
We are.
We’re doing it every time the bill lands.
BRITISH WORKER
Median salary, take home after tax is £2,391 a month. Rent, bills, food, all comes out of that.
ASYLUM SEEKER
Accommodation provided if eligible, with utilities included.
For people in self-catered accommodation, £49.18 a week PER PERSON for food, clothing and toiletries. That’s roughly £213 a month in cash support and that’s before the extra payments.
Pregnant mother: +£5.25 a week.
Baby under 1: +£9.50 a week.
Child aged 1 to 3: +£5.25 a week.
£300 ONE-OFF maternity payment for eligible mothers.
If meals are provided in the accommodation, the weekly cash allowance is lower. So yes, there are different rates depending on the accommodation.
HEALTH
Eligible asylum seekers can receive NHS healthcare.
HC2 support can also cover NHS prescriptions, dental treatment, sight tests and help towards glasses or contact lenses where the eligibility rules are met.
EDUCATION
Children can attend free state schools.
And there are specialist sanctuary scholarships too. One University of the Arts London postgraduate scholarship, for example, is worth up to £50,000 and covers tuition, course costs and living expenses.
LEISURE
Driving lessons, £20,143 in Kent, in one year alone. Dance classes, £14,125, running until 2028. Free gym access, five leisure centres in Richmond. 70% off everything in Edinburgh.
LEGAL
Legal aid is available for asylum and immigration matters where the eligibility rules are met. Interpreters can also be provided where required.
And people wonder why Britain is seen as a SOFT TOUCH.
France has been saying it for years.
Even the UK Government now openly talks about PULL FACTORS and making the asylum system less attractive.
Funny how the rest of Europe can see the problem while Westminster keeps explaining it to us as though WE are the problem.
More people. Less capacity. Higher bills. Fewer services left for the people who built this country and paid for it their whole lives. Our tax bills rise. Our services shrink. Our own vulnerable go without.
That system belongs to British people first. We built it. We funded it. We’ve done our part.
So no. Don’t stand there telling us to do more.
Stop telling us to do ours and start doing YOURS.
YOU and your machine, stop this.
STOP THE BOATS.
Different face but the same MACHINE behind him.
He's not just the Artful Dodger. He's got Fagin's whole gang around him.
Nearly 3,000 in 22 days. That's about 136 people a day, every day, since he took office. But sure, tell us again how it's "working."
He dodges the question. She steps in with “we understand that.” The minders close the gap. Three roles. One job. Keep the Dodger clean.
“WE understand that."
Not "I understand that."
WE.
Who is she? Doesn't matter. The word gives it away. A whole machine, answering for him, before he even has to open his mouth.
He's the Prime Minister on a national tour Downing Street itself calls LISTENING mode. Getting out of Westminster to meet people where they are. His own team's words.
He walked a public street. Real people tried to speak to him. A journalist tried to ask about the boats. He did not stop. Did not acknowledge a single one of them. Straight into the Range Rover with the escort.
He answers when it is rehearsed. On the street, where the whole tour is meant to happen, the gang takes over and he leaves.
Earlier on GB News, asked about a record 230 on one boat. “The gangs are changing their tactics, but so will we.”Said it twice. Never said what the tactic is.
Asked if the boats would stop by the election. “It would be wrong to make a prediction based on a TIMELINE.”
This isn't a busy Prime Minister. This is a man who built a whole listening tour and a wall of minders so he'd never have to answer to anyone he didn't choose first. He's not busy. He's hiding, with better PR. He didn't come to LISTEN. He came to be filmed LISTENING. Every person he ignored just watched him prove it.
Strip away the tour, the branding and the gang around him, and what's left is a man who governs a country he won't stop and face.
Different face. Same MACHINE.
HOW ABOUT YOU and the whole machine behind you DO YOUR BIT. Open your cloth ears, open your eyes, and actually STOP THE BOATS.
The poorest have carried it long enough. Now everyone must play their part. That is not leadership. That is telling the rest of the country to queue up for the CESSPIT. He did not discover fairness. He discovered the poorest towns finally ran out of room and needed somewhere else to dump it.
We did not ask for a fairer share of the failure. We asked for the failure to end. The only bit the country wants is the bit where the boats stop and the CESSPIT is turned off at the source.
Burnham the Artful Dodger stood in what looked like a nice restaurant or a pub. Comfortable lighting. Reassuring smile.
“More law enforcement on the other side of the channel,” he said. French officers on camera say “our order is to let them go.” Once the boat is in the water they are not allowed to touch it. Officers who tried got charged. “More enforcement” means more people paid to stand and watch.
Asked about a record 230 on one boat. “The gangs are changing their tactics, but so will we. We will now change our tactics.” Said it twice. Never once said what the tactic is.
Asked if the boats would stop by the election. “It would be wrong to make a prediction based on a TIMELINE.” He will only promise a relentless focus.
Piddington. 250 adults. 46 children. The migrant population could soon double the locals. A seven-year-old wrote him a letter worried she won't be able to walk to her sister's grave.
Gronant, Flintshire. Locals found out when a blacked-out minibus turned up. 13 of 15 brand new homes went straight to Clearsprings, the Home Office contractor that makes millions from this.
Flintshire Council. “They are not illegal immigrants. They are exercising their legal right. Deserve compassion and respect.”
They arrived without permission. Then they claimed. The language only covers the second step.
The Home Secretary already has the power to reject claims from anyone with a genuine connection to a safe country like France. In four years that power has been used 38 times. Total.
Different face. Same MACHINE.
He is not ending the boats.
He is turning the country into an open SEWER and telling you to get used to it.
