Moments like a win or a defeat touch thousands of people at the same time. A last-minute equaliser like the one in Bournemouth makes our away fans go wild. A last-minute equaliser like the one against United makes the whole home stadium erupt. These are moments that connect. They show how much power and how much love there is in this sport. In football, every action creates energy, no matter if it is good or bad. And this energy holds it all together. We only feel the pain of a defeat because we love this sport. And we only celebrate wins the way we do because we love it. You cannot have one without the other. I am trying not to push the pain away anymore. It is part of it, just like the joy. Football lets us feel things we could never experience this often or this strongly anywhere else. I have so much gratitude for this sport, this club and our squad.
