Funding on Hertzflow can differ quite a bit from other perps, creating opportunities for delta-neutral positions. Here’s an example from my recent tests: @Hertzflow_xyz funding: ~0.09% per 24h @variational_io funding: ~0.03% per 24h If both rates are positive, that means shorting on HertzFlow to receive the higher funding and opening an equal-sized long on Variational to pay the lower rate. That leaves a funding spread of roughly 0.06% per day before costs, as long as those rates hold. Honestly, fees can eat most of the difference. My goal here is to cover the cost of farming rather than make a big profit from funding alone. I’ve also noticed that Merits seem to slow down after holding the same position for 48–72 hours.
