This year Banner is celebrating 40 years of community service to the east Baltimore community!
Our mission is to empower east Baltimore communities with life-enriching programs for youth and older adults.
Join us August 20th for our block party celebration!
We enjoyed being part of the process and are looking forward to the "cooling" recommendations for parts of East Baltimore.
Baltimore partnered with @EPA in a two-day planning workshop to plan improvements in air quality and other enhancements in the East Baltimore neighborhood by creating "Cool Corridors" shaded areas with reclaimed vacant lots, in areas where pedestrians walk.
Through its Building Blocks program, EPA's Office of Community Revitalization supports state and local partners with capacity building and planning assistance to help them revitalize local economies and improve environmental and health outcomes.

Thank you to the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development for their incredible support through the Technical Assistance Grant! 🙌
This generous contribution empowers us to continue providing essential home repairs and wrap-around services for older adults in East Baltimore. Together, we're building stronger, safer communities! 🏡 #communitysupport #baltimorestrong #ourbmore #bannerblue
Thank you so much Senator @corymccray for taking the time to meet with the youth at Pulaski!
Speaking to YouthWorks employees from McElderry Park at @BannerNCC reminded me of my own journey. Every day, I strive to share the "cheat code" that guided me. If one heard me, I did my job. Together, we can build a brighter future. #IntentionallyFocused
