Connor Burns @ConnorB26785823 @LBDirtbags is 1 of the best catch n throw guys in the country. Q is; Will he hit enough to elevate himself into the #MLBDraft top rounds? By all accts Burns has been more consistent with the bat in the fall. #HR @California_PG @PGCollegeBall

Down the 🐇 hole, been on a Latin American training search, here’s what I’ve noticed:
Short bats, weighted bats, heavy balls, light/small balls, down, inside, fast tempo pace, balance, a lot of one hand work, feet placement, finishing swings.
Sumamente rápido.
Congrats to RHP/1B David Vizcaino who was selected for the 2020 All-Southern Section Senior Team! This year he led DL with a .583 BA, with 6 doubles & 9 RBIs. On the mound, he was 2-0 (vs. El Dorado & Upland). 20 IP, 27 Ks, 0.70 ERA.

If you look around, we're failing in this country as a whole.
We're far more interested in playing games than we are in skill development.
Do you want to teach kids how to play or do you just want to tell everyone that you won your youth league?

The greatest characteristic you can have is a great attitude. It's your choice every day when you wake up.
You also have to understand and appreciate the value of hard work. Nothing really matters if you don't give great effort.
