Based continues to build great products for good traders.
One of the metrics that we keep track is profitability of traders on Based. The higher the profitability, it means that the product is good.
Last 30d, this is the profitability according to @HyperTracker as of writing.
Based: 47%
Rabby: 43%

Simply put - smart traders are using Based to trade as their daily driver.
Based is an extension to @HyperliquidX. Many of our users also trade on CEXes. $BASED is also the only Hyperliquid project that is also listed on tier-1 exchanges such as Coinbase, Binance, OKX, Bybit and Bithumb. This gives us immense distribution power that we can tap on, even in regions that we are not super active on.
We take on a few feedback that community has submitted to us, mainly:
- Performance and bug issues;
- Support issues and card experience;
- Unintuitive user experience, especially for those who are new to @BasedOneX and only using it to trade equities.
We will be rolling out many fixes in the next few days, and there will be major redesigns done. This continues even while we are researching and developing our next product on Based.

As a Hyperliquid aligned builder, that's about to TGE, there's 3 things to do in this priority:
1. Make sure your token has enough traders and sufficient liquidity. This is important for our token holders.
2. Onboard net new users to the House of All Finance.
3. Continue building amazing things on Hyperliquid.
If number 1 is not our first priority, we shouldn't even be launching a token in the first place.
As $BASED TGE approaches, I want to clarify the rationale for a concurrent listing on Hyperliquid and CEXes such as Coinbase, Bybit and Binance.
@BasedOneX is still doing what we have been doing all along: building a unified platform to trade everything and spend everywhere. The objective is a permissionless interface across crypto, equities, and commodities.
We have chosen to build on @HyperliquidX, and will continue to do so. Over the past 24 hours, Based contributed ~2% of total volume, with peaks above 10%. Based has generated the highest volume ($41B) among Hyperliquid builder codes exchange, and is the second highest on number of users and all-time revenue (behind Phantom). We have strong user growth every month and will continue to onboard new users to the House of All Finance.
Based has also integrated @Polymarket to give users access to prediction markets. In 2026, we will continue to double down on our efforts to build better fiat rails to let people onboard money to trade and to spend.
TGE is a significant event. It aligns stakeholders and accelerates BASED’s growth trajectory. CEX listings help to improve the distribution and liquidity for the BASED token. The decision to work with Binance helps us to ensure that BASED token can be traded directly by 200M+ users worldwide with the world's largest exchange by volume.
BASED is the first project to pursue a simultaneous launch on Hyperliquid and tier-1 CEXes. This strategy establishes a new precedent: tokens can originate on Hyperliquid and achieve listings on exchanges such as Coinbase, Bybit and more.
Most supply remains on Hyperliquid. A portion is bridged to Ethereum and BSC via @LayerZero_Core and @StargateFinance to enable deposits on centralized exchanges.

Today, I attended the @BasedOneX & @EthenaKorea meetup in Korea.
The @BasedPalsNFT video at the entrance of the meetup venue was super cute! 🐾
It was clear that the Based team’s achievements over the past 6 months have laid the foundation for remarkable growth. @shu_bit_ from the Based team gave the presentation, covering key updates below.
Highlights from the BasedOne Meetup:

I got the distinct impression that the team is still building day and night. They strongly emphasized their strategy to position Based as a "Super App" to drive new user inflows. Personally, I find the launch of BasedMall and the expansion into Solana meme coin trading to be very encouraging.
While I didn't get the specific VC details I was most looking forward to today, it gave me time to reflect on valuation.
People typically categorize BASED as just a Perp DEX and try to project its FDV based solely on trading volume.
However, as the team consistently highlights, they are positioning themselves as a comprehensive Super App (of Hyperliquid).
Therefore, I believe it is premature to estimate FDV based on volume alone.
With Based Cloud, BasedMall, and Prediction Markets, they are already solidifying their foundation as a Super App.
VCs will likely evaluate the project by aggregating the value of all these diverse verticals. That is why the upcoming VC reveal will be the most critical piece of news ahead of the TGE.
Despite the market downturn, I wish for Based’s continued steady growth.

다른 프로젝트들 밋업 장소로 한두번 언급되는 것 들은 것 같은데 강남대로 변 빌딩 제일 꼭대기 20층에 위치한 곳이라 사무실 같은 느낌이려나 했으나 입구부터 벽면을 가득채우는 화려한 전광판에 특별 제작하신 캐릭터 영상들이 저를 반겨주는데 '와 씨 뭐야' 준비 제대로 했네 감탄을 했드랬죠.

밋업 입장 초반 후기가 좀 길어졌는데요.
이번 행사에서 26년 로드맵과 신규 소식들이 많이 전달되었는데 간략 정리하면 아래와 같습니다.

우리 앞에 나타나 6개월 정도의 시간밖에 지나지 않은 이 프로젝트가 All In One 슈퍼앱이 되기 위해 정말 많은 것을 준비하고 있고 또한 능력있는 멤버들러 구성되어 있다는 것을 알게 되었습니다.
@shu_bit_ 님의 뭔가 근거있는 듯한 자신감 있는 목소리에서 더욱 신뢰감 있게 들렸던 것 같습니다.
보물찾기와 제기차기를 곁들인 퀴즈, Based Mall에서 선착순 스탠리 텀블러 구매까지 자칫 지루할 수도 있는 밋업을 여러 이벤트까지 준비하고 신경쓰신다고 너무 고생 많으셨을 것 같네요.
