I’m excited to share that I’ve received an NSF CAREER Award!
This project will explore how large language models (LLMs) and AI can help people ask everyday questions about their wearable data, such as “How well did my baby sleep last week?” and receive clear, useful answers.
After a deeply meaningful chapter at WPI, I am excited to share that I will be moving to the UMass Amherst as a tenure-track Assistant Professor.
I am deeply grateful to my students, colleagues, mentors, collaborators, and friends at WPI who made this chapter possible.
Excited to share that our paper, OWL, has been accepted to ICLR. We show how an audio LM infers where a sound is in 3D space (direction and distance) and provide spatially grounded reasoning steps. Huge congratulations to @Subrata265 and @nur!

I am delighted to share that BASH Lab received funding from NSF for 2 years. This a special moment for me as it is my first funding as a Lead PI. We will work on increasing the efficiency and reliability of running DNN inference on intermittently powered computing devices.
