SOLANA TOKEN BASICS: TWO KINDS OF DELEGATE Solana's documentation distinguishes an account-level delegate from Token-2022's Permanent Delegate extension. An ordinary delegate is approved by the token account owner and can transfer or burn up to the delegated amount from that account. A Permanent Delegate is configured at the mint level. It can authorize transfers and burns across token accounts belonging to that mint, and individual token account owners cannot revoke it from their accounts. The scope is that mint's tokens—not every asset in a wallet. This extension is not a feature of every Solana token, and describing it is not an accusation against any project. Account permissions and mint-level permissions are different layers. $SOL $BNB $ETH $KIMCHI #Solana #Token2022 #SPLTokens #Memecoins #Blockchain #CryptoEducation

STELLAR SHARES THRUPUT TECHNOLOGY PREVIEW The Stellar Development Foundation says Project Thruput is live on FutureNet, with open-source code and published benchmarks. The design lets transactions record compatible changes to shared state, which can be combined at block commit. The aim is to expand execution capacity by adding machines within a validator. Important distinction: the published benchmarks measure the core execution engine, not end-to-end network throughput. They are not proof of Stellar mainnet performance. Project documentation says no decisions have been made about timelines or Thruput's relationship to Stellar's existing L1. This is experimental infrastructure, not an announced mainnet upgrade. $SOL $BNB $ETH $KIMCHI #Stellar #Thruput #Blockchain #SmartContracts #Layer1 #Crypto

BNB CHAIN JENNER: TESTNET, NOT MAINNET BNB Chain’s October 27 FAQ schedules the Jenner upgrade for Chapel testnet on October 29 at 02:30 UTC. It does not schedule a mainnet activation. According to the project’s upgrade guide, Payment Lane reserves 5% of block gas by default for eligible payments, adjustable through governance up to 10%. That is reserved capacity—not free gas or guaranteed inclusion. The payment-contract list starts empty; stablecoins and CAS20 tokens need separate governance approval to qualify. Jenner also includes underlying CAS20 asset-control capabilities, but token creation requires separate activation. Millisecond timestamps add precision for contracts, not faster blocks. This describes the announced testnet rollout and its scope, not an independent confirmation of activation or a mainnet launch. $SOL $BNB $ETH $KIMCHI #BNBChain #BSC #Jenner #Testnet #Blockchain #Stablecoins

DEX BASICS: OUT OF RANGE IS NOT LIQUIDATED In Uniswap v3 and v4, concentrated liquidity belongs to a defined price range. Uniswap Labs explains that when the pool price moves outside that range, the position becomes single-sided and stops earning swap fees until the price returns inside it. That is not liquidation merely because the range was crossed. The position’s token composition has changed; it has not automatically been erased. But “not liquidated” does not mean “no loss.” Being left with one token does not guarantee its value, and an out-of-range position is not continuously earning fees. This is a liquidity-mechanics explainer, not a recommendation for any token or pool. $SOL $BNB $ETH $KIMCHI #DeFi #Uniswap #Liquidity #DEX #CryptoEducation #MemecoinResearch

SOLANA BASICS: PROCESSED IS NOT FINALIZED A transaction appearing on screen does not tell you its confirmation level. Solana’s RPC documentation distinguishes three states: Processed: the node has processed the block, but that view can still be rolled back. Confirmed: the block has direct votes from more than two-thirds of the network’s active stake. Finalized: the cluster recognizes the block as finalized with maximum lockout—the network’s strongest confirmation state. These labels describe how settled the block is. They are not a token-quality rating, a liquidity guarantee or proof that a project is trustworthy. $SOL $BNB $ETH $KIMCHI #Solana #Blockchain #Finality #OnchainData #CryptoEducation #MemecoinResearch

TOLY WEIGHS IN ON STOCK TOKENIZATION Solana co-founder Anatoly Yakovenko argued on October 28 that publicly traded companies should let investors choose where to trade their shares. Responding to a report about issuer objections to stock tokenization on the planned OKX/ICE venue, he wrote: “They should go private then.” His point is an argument for trading access—not a regulatory ruling, issuer consent or confirmation that the proposed venue is already operating. $SOL $BNB $ETH $KIMCHI #Solana #Tokenization #TokenizedStocks #CapitalMarkets #Blockchain #CryptoNews

PUMPFUN ADDS ARBITRUM TOKEN SUPPORT Pumpfun announced on October 28 that Arbitrum is now live in its app. According to the project, users can trade Arbitrum-network tokens directly from their USDC balance without manually bridging funds. This is an expansion of the app’s supported networks—not a new token launch. $SOL $BNB $ETH $KIMCHI #Pumpfun #Arbitrum #USDC #Memecoins #CrossChain #CryptoNews

JUPITER AND BITGO ANNOUNCE INSTITUTIONAL SOL VALIDATOR Jupiter announced on October 28 that it has partnered with BitGo to launch a validator built for institutions. According to Jupiter, BitGo’s institutional clients can now stake SOL with Jupiter directly from their existing custody accounts. The announcement concerns institutional staking access—not a new token launch or a blanket rollout to every retail user. It does not specify a fixed reward rate or an amount of SOL already delegated through the arrangement. $SOL $BNB $ETH $KIMCHI #Jupiter #BitGo #Solana #Staking #Validators #DigitalAssets

SOLANA BASICS: WHAT WRAPPED SOL ACTUALLY REPRESENTS Solana’s documentation defines wrapped SOL, or WSOL, as SOL held in a token account for the Token Program’s native mint. This lets SOL be represented through the Token Program’s instructions. There are two accounting fields to distinguish: the account’s lamports and its tracked token amount. A SOL deposit can increase the first before the second is synchronized. The tracked WSOL amount excludes the account’s rent-exempt reserve. That matters when reading onchain data: the account’s total lamports and its displayed WSOL token amount are not automatically interchangeable numbers. This is an accounting explanation—not a new token launch, a yield claim or an assessment of any trading pool. $SOL $BNB $ETH $KIMCHI #Solana #WrappedSOL #WSOL #TokenProgram #OnchainData #CryptoEducation

DTCC TOKENIZATION SERVICE GOES LIVE DTCC announced on October 28 that its DTC subsidiary has launched the DTCC Tokenization Service for eligible users. The service creates tokenized representations of securities held at DTC. DTCC says these digital twins retain the ownership rights, investor protections and economic entitlements of their traditional counterparts. The launch connects Canton Network and DTCC’s private Besu network. Additional blockchain networks are planned for 2027—not announced as live today. Twenty DTC participants have signed access agreements, according to DTCC. That is an onboarding figure, not a measure of trading activity or assets already tokenized. One important distinction: DTC’s $114 trillion-plus custody total is not the amount moved onchain through this launch. $SOL $BNB $ETH $KIMCHI #DTCC #Tokenization #DigitalAssets #RWA #CantonNetwork #Blockchain

RIPPLE AND COINBASE EXPAND RLUSD ACCESS Ripple and Coinbase’s October 28 announcement says RLUSD is available through the Coinbase Retail app, Coinbase Prime and Coinbase Exchange, with 1:1 conversion into RLUSD from U.S. dollars and other supported USD-denominated stablecoins. The companies also announce deposit and withdrawal support across the XRP Ledger, Base and Ethereum. Ripple says it will provide liquidity on Base. The rollout is not complete across every Coinbase venue: access for Coinbase Global Exchange customers, including using RLUSD as collateral, is planned to follow. These are company-announced capabilities—not a claim of worldwide availability or a guarantee of liquidity, returns or stablecoin risk protection. $SOL $BNB $ETH $KIMCHI #Ripple #Coinbase #RLUSD #Stablecoins #Base #Ethereum

MEMECOIN BASICS: TOKEN OWNERSHIP IS NOT LP OWNERSHIP Owning a project’s token and owning its liquidity position are different things. Uniswap Labs explains that v2 liquidity ownership is represented by UNI-V2 tokens. In v3, the position is represented by an NFT. These are records of a liquidity position—not simply more units of the token being traded. The holder of that position can remove its liquidity or claim earned fees. Transferring the LP token or position NFT transfers ownership of that liquidity to the receiving wallet. Holding the project token alone does not grant those rights. One more distinction: Uniswap’s interface can leave a position NFT in a wallet after liquidity has been removed. The NFT’s presence alone therefore does not establish that the position still contains liquidity. This is a framework for reading onchain records, not a claim about any specific pool, a new launch, or a guarantee of safety. $SOL $BNB $ETH $KIMCHI #Memecoins #Uniswap #DeFi #Liquidity #OnchainData #CryptoEducation

SOLANA TOKEN BASICS: TWO DIFFERENT TYPES OF FEES Solana’s documentation separates the network transaction fee, paid in SOL, from Token-2022 transfer fees configured on a particular token mint. When that transfer-fee extension is enabled, part of a token transfer is withheld under the mint’s fee settings. The recipient’s usable token amount can therefore be lower than the amount sent. This is not an extra network fee charged in SOL. The withheld tokens are tracked separately on the destination token account and can be collected by the designated fee authority. Withholding is not automatically a burn or a reduction in total supply. Not every Solana token uses this extension. A “transfer fee” label describes a token feature—not a network-wide rule, a new launch, or proof that a token is safe. $SOL $BNB $ETH $KIMCHI #Solana #Token2022 #Memecoins #Tokenomics #OnchainData #CryptoEducation

COINBASE REPORTS CUSTOMER CONTACT DATA IMPACT AT VENDOR Coinbase said on October 28 that a security incident at analytics provider Amplitude affected contact information belonging to a small subset of Coinbase customers, alongside other Amplitude clients. The exchange says it found no evidence of unauthorized access to Coinbase systems and that customer funds were unaffected. It says notifications to affected customers and regulators are underway. The distinction matters: this is a company-reported exposure of contact data at a third-party vendor—not a confirmed theft of customer crypto. The statement gives no affected-user count or detailed list of exposed fields. These are Coinbase’s findings, not an independent audit. $SOL $BNB $ETH $KIMCHI #Coinbase #Amplitude #CryptoNews #DataPrivacy #Cybersecurity #CryptoExchanges

ATOM ADDS USDC DOMAIN PURCHASES FOR AI AGENTS Atom’s October 27 announcement says AI agents can now purchase new domain registrations using USDC on Base through x402, with checkout powered by Coinbase Business. The company says the buyer must approve payment, and funds are captured only after registration succeeds. Failed registrations do not complete the payment. The scope matters: agent purchases currently cover new registrations. Premium marketplace listings are described as the next step—not already available through this flow. This is a company-announced stablecoin payment integration, not a new token launch or a claim that all domain inventory is supported. $SOL $BNB $ETH $KIMCHI #USDC #Base #Stablecoins #x402 #Coinbase #CryptoPayments

READING MEMECOIN DATA: ALLOWANCE IS NOT A BALANCE The ERC-20 standard separates three concepts: balanceOf reports tokens held by an account; allowance reports how much a particular spender is still authorized to spend; transferFrom performs a token transfer. An Approval event records a successful approval—not a purchase, a deposit or proof that the spender has already moved the tokens. A hypothetical allowance of 1,000 tokens does not establish that the owner holds 1,000 tokens. Permission and holdings are different data points. This is an explanation of the standard, not an assessment of any specific token or wallet. $SOL $BNB $ETH $KIMCHI #ERC20 #Ethereum #Memecoins #OnchainData #TokenStandards #CryptoEducation

BRIAN ARMSTRONG ON THE ONCHAIN SHIFT Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong said on October 28 that he expects the shift toward onchain assets to span every asset class, highlighting tokenized stocks and stablecoins as areas of growth. He described stablecoins as tokenized fiat currency and reiterated Coinbase’s ambition to update the financial system. This is Armstrong’s outlook—not confirmation that every asset class has migrated onchain, or an announcement of a new product available to everyone. $SOL $BNB $ETH $KIMCHI #Coinbase #Tokenization #Stablecoins #Onchain #DigitalAssets #CryptoNews

ROBINHOOD REPORTS $120M IN Q3 CRYPTO REVENUE Robinhood’s October 27 results put cryptocurrency transaction revenue at $120 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2026—down 55% year-over-year. The company reported $50 billion in crypto notional trading volume, down 38% year-over-year. That total comprises $21 billion in its Robinhood App category and $29 billion at Bitstamp; the App category includes WonderFi trading. Trading volume is the value of executed trades—not company revenue, trader profit or net new deposits. RIPPLE AND ROBINHOOD EXPAND THEIR PARTNERSHIP Ripple’s October 27 announcement says RLUSD is now live on Robinhood Chain and Bitstamp by Robinhood. Availability in the Robinhood app is expected later this year—not announced as live today. Robinhood plans to use RLUSD on the XRP Ledger for institutional settlement and integrate Ripple Treasury for its own cash, liquidity and other treasury operations. These are planned integrations, not confirmation that every workflow is already operating. The expansion also builds on the companies’ existing Ripple Prime relationship across financing, liquidity and market access. It does not establish universal customer access or promise returns. $SOL $BNB $ETH $KIMCHI #Ripple #Robinhood #RLUSD #XRPL #Stablecoins #CryptoNews

ONDO STOCKS EXPAND TO ROBINHOOD CHAIN Ondo’s October 27 announcement says 15 tokenized stocks and ETFs can now bridge between Robinhood Chain and Ethereum or BNB Chain. Eleven have Uniswap v4 StablePair pools pairing Ondo tokens with Robinhood Stock Tokens that reference the same underlying assets. The other four have no corresponding Robinhood Stock Token in those pools. These are tokenized exposures—not ownership of the underlying shares. Access remains subject to investor eligibility and jurisdictional restrictions; the launch does not guarantee liquidity, price alignment or returns. $SOL $BNB $ETH $KIMCHI #Ondo #RobinhoodChain #Tokenization #RWA #Uniswap #DeFi
