I was a 70s nerd—did not smoke or drink, but I certainly grooved to the music, dancing and loved fashion with hair styles.
Lithograph of me in the 70s, by my father— I think he captured the moment in time.

Much of the world lacks land tenure security: A billion people believe they will be evicted from their land or their property in the next five years.

We are not on daylight savings right now. Daylight savings time starts in the spring. We are on standard time right now. You guys need to go a year on standard time so you could learn what it's about.

Today, Italy celebrates All Saints' Day (Ognissanti), a national holiday honoring the saints and beginning a weekend of remembrance. Families attend Mass, visit cemeteries with flowers and candles, and celebrate centuries-old traditions of faith and family. 🇮🇹 #AllSaintsDay

This year, 84% of political donations at FSU reportedly went to left-wing candidates. campusreform.org/article/84-… Ironically, it could make FSU one of the most diverse universities in the country. Other schools are at a near-perfect zero for GOP contributions. jonathanturley.org/2026/09/1…

My biggest concern is that if there is a clean sweep by Democrats of the House, Senate and Presidency in 2028, they will:
1. Make DC and Puerto Rico states to gain a strong majority in the Senate.
2. Open the borders and legalize everyone living in America illegally to cement a permanent majority.
3. Increase the size of the Supreme Court to gain an immediate majority.
This would result in America becoming a permanent one-party state and the end of democracy in any meaningful sense of the word.
All that is needed to ensure this doesn’t happen is 51 Republican senators in 2029. That is why you should vote for Republican senators this election. Other reasons are irrelevant compared to this one.

In 1891, 11 Italian Americans were lynched in New Orleans. The prejudice behind it didn’t end there. That’s why OSDIA founded the Commission for Social Justice (CSJ) in 1979 to combat anti-Italian defamation.

If you’re still confused about who to vote for in the midterms, here’s something to think about. The Democrat Party largely supports puberty blockers, gender transitioning, and what they call “gender-affirming care.” The Republican Party supports the fact of two genders—biological male and biological female—as God created us. Period. You need to decide who you want running this country. You choose. Pray for our nation, and, by all means, VOTE.
