Take your customer service to the next level with these steps:
Step 1: Start by signing up for a free trial at intercom.com and getting started with the Fin AI Agent.
Step 2: Import your company’s website content to train your custom Fin AI chatbot. Click “Set up Fin for [Company Name]” and follow the instructions to sync external content.
Step 3: Navigate to the Automation window and select “Workflows” to create a new workflow from scratch.
Step 4: Choose “Customer visits a page” as the trigger for your workflow. This ensures the automation runs every time a customer visits your webpage.
Step 5: Customize your welcome message and create response options like “I can’t log in” and “I found a bug.”
Step 6: Add a “Collect Data” step to gather customer email addresses for your promotion.
Step 7: Create a clarifying message to accompany your data collection step, explaining why you’re collecting the email.

💎Reading a 30 minute Apple Podcast in 3 minutes using AI.
I often receive from friends and colleagues from the Twitterverse Podcasts that quite frankly, my ADHD will not allow me to listen to fully. Here's how I use AI end-to-end to read a 30-minute podcast in 3 minutes.
1️⃣ Download the Podcast
If you can hear it through your browser there's a 95% chance you can download it using our trusty Inspect tool. Go to the podcast, (1) right click --> Inspect and inside the inspector (2) click network, and find the mp3, and (3) open in a new tab & save!
Once you do this once, it will instantly be muscle memory.

3️⃣ Use Claude Sonnet to Elequotenly Break it Down
I mean who else would we use for this task... ChatGPT? Chill son. Open up Claude Sonnet and simply create a prompt to summarize the podcast. It doesn't have to be futuristic either.
I simply prompted "Summarize this podcast, extrapolate all the concepts, ideas, things you can do, etc. What tangibles can I learn?"
That's it. Now you take two fingers, tap the side of your temple, and tell your brain to switch to speed reading mode. This entire process takes me about 3 minutes too.
True story though, that inspect flex is old school game but still clutch. I use it every day, cause I use AI to add features to webpages that I use regularly through a browser extension called TamperMonkey. But that's an entirely different diamond to drop on yall.
