Arf has scaled to around $10 billion in annual global settlement volume, with capital turning over four times a month. Through this partnership, Arf will provide short-term working capital powered by RLUSD, deployed and repaid as cross-border payments settle. This marks the first phase of a broader initiative to bring settlement liquidity to XRPL, with deeper integration planned as XRPL’s native lending infrastructure becomes available.
