English’s has been a Brighton institution for years, with the Leigh-Jones family at the helm since the 1940s.
Recently, owner Simon Leigh-Jones received historic clippings from The Argus (1966) and a rare pre-WWII photo of the restaurant—sent by a member of the English family!
