I don’t want to imagine the hate Jonathan Smith would get from Beaver fans if he was hired as Oregon’s O coordinator…
I know of a fairly young (47 year old) former offensive coordinator at the FBS level who had success that is currently unemployed and familiar with the state of Oregon. He also knows how to coach QBs. Would it be weird to see him on the Oregon sidelines? Yes, but the most important question is would he be a solution for at least the rest of this season? He would certainly be better than what we have seen so far.

No trolling here. Serious question: How do you have the second highest NIL roster in all of CFB and that is the product you put on the field? If I paid my financial advisor 50+ million $ and he squandered it, he’d be fired. I feel for Phil Knight honestly.

There are 4 former Pac-12 teams with a legitimately good chance of making the CFP, and Oregon and USC are not on this list.

He's coming to Penn State. We got him an amazing NIL deal he can't turn down: -Opportunity to humble himself -Opportunity to grow forward -Opportunity to be a part of an amazing community

I’m glad he re-signed in the middle of the season. Now we can all shut up about speculating where he’ll transfer. Isn’t this what we wanted? Give me MORE midseason extensions.

A midseason decision day is a little weird but let’s not act like Jesse Legree’s phone hasn’t been blowing up since Week 2. Love what it says about all parties.
