Why is working from home so hard 🤯 all I want to do is be prepared this year, is that too much to ask for.
Yes- I am sad for working in parts of August but priorities 😂

It’s been a brilliant couple of months working on our Culture in Common project as part of #B2022Festival in collaboration with professional artists and schools across the city.
We are excited to share our finished projects so keep an eye on our socials. ✨
Todays Plan = Create new resources and booklet for Y8
Update: On Project 1/3 and lesson 3/6 and no booklet🤦♀️
The joys of being particular and ensuring I have inserted everything discussed before summer.

Today is the big day! After 2 years, I am officially graduating (in person) for becoming a teacher 🎓
Why did I leave things to last minute… the next 3/4 weeks of my holiday will be spent working and planning for next year 😑
What a week!
Got a new post of HOY, organised and ran a Summer Fete AND Sports Day.
Very much looking forward to summer holidays 💪🏼
Very very excited for my Year 10s to get stuck in creating their piece tomorrow with @TuneupArts and @VamosTheatre for the Birmingham Festival 🎭
“Miss if I ever become an actor it will be because of you” Tell you now, I have never cried so much on the way home! So glad that I can inspire at least one pupil each year to stay in the arts 🎭
Any training providers out there want to give me a drama trainee in the next couple of years I promise they will be looked after 💚💚

Unpopular opinion but think Class of 2020 should get some sort of discount for their graduation since our course was converted to online, we got zero refunds and the ceremony will be two years later… just saying 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️

If seeing me in one show isn’t enough then don’t worry cause I’m in a second.
Meet the cast for our 1980s themed production of A Midsummer Night's Dream, where you'll encounter striking miners, feuding fairies, and plenty of New Romantic style!
