End of an era today, Connachan Scottish Blackface sheep stud flock being sold this evening at UA Stirling. I did my apprenticeship here and come back regularly to catch up and help out from time to time. Very difficult day for the family here but for them the right decision

The view from my single's lambing "shed" is epic Fairly breezy but even up here there is birdsong It's pretty bleak and not much grows on the rock end facing out into the Irish sea but it certainly isn't destroyed by sheep up here and on lower slopes bracken is taking over

We have all been waiting for days like this, a lot of people had a tough week lambing especially northern England and Scotland. This video for me makes it all worthwhile #lambing #SustainableAgriculture
