Delhi Govt school students are still waiting for their text books
The session started on 01 Apr and now it’s end of October, still all text books have not been delivered to the students.
There is a clear panelty clause of 5% for each week’s delay.
Will Minister @ashishsood_bjp accept my challenge and show the file if they have imposed panelty (or processing full payment) on the Contractor for excessive late delivery of books ?
Is it true that Secretary Education is not ready to sign the file unless panelty is imposed for late delivery of books ?
Was she called by the Minsiter to his office to talk about this issue ?
Is Nitin Jindal involved in this matter too ?
