A massive thank you to each and every one of the 154 people who attended our family health day on Tuesday 27th October 2026. A number of people have been advised to see their GP regarding their results and others will have repeat checks done in 6-8 weeks with us.

Deepest sympathy to our friend & colleague Jackie on the passing of her father Benny. As a mark of respect all classes & groups are cancelled and the HERAT office will be closed on Friday 3rd July.
Wheely Wednesday is starting up tomorrow with weather hopefully more favourable than the last two weeks. Please see details below. Everyone welcome. Beginners class at 9.30am and cycling group heading out at 10.30am .
Unfortunately we will have to cancel our Wheely Wednesday class and cycle today due to bad weather forecasted. We hope to get our Cycling project back on track next week. 🤞🚴🏻
