The game last night created a core memory for me. Not because of the Grand Slam, but it was the first @Dodgers #WorldSeries game I got to watch with my Dad.

For context, we’ve always been Dodger fans, but haven’t sat down to watch the WS together because he moved out of state a while ago. We changed that last night.

Normally I don’t Platinum games. It’s not that I don’t care, I just like going through the story and some post game stuff then call it a day. #AstroBot is different. I WANTED to Platinum it, and last night, I earned my first Platinum Trophy. Worth it.

Hey twitter peeps, I’m also over on the butterfly app. I’ll still post and talk here (for now) but if you want, follow me over there too.

When the @Dodgers are playing, and you forget your headphones at home so you can’t listen to the game while at work. #LetsGoDodgers

As someone who lost his original N64 and dreams of getting a new one, this may be the replacement I’ve been looking/waiting for. $250 is a bit BUT with how much the green N64 I’ve been wanting is, this may be the better investment.

You want real? Here it is. Analogue 3D doesn’t mess around—N64, perfect in every way, built with FPGA, no emulation. Just pure multiplayer magic.

I hate being late to the party, but #AstroBot has been such a joy to play and it’s making me want to play more games than ever.

Well Dodgers lost, going to think about Astro Bot, and how Astro Bot is inspiring me to write more.

Scrolling through I found out that a voice in the gaming community is now gone. It’s devastating to hear, especially when he was one of the ones who talked with you early in your gaming Twitter days. Rest well @replicantpinky, you will be missed.

In sports, there’s a saying. “If you listen to the fans, you’ll end up sitting with the fans.” Meaning if coaches listen to fans they’ll loose their jobs. I feel that the saying will work with this too.

Studios are assembling superfan focus groups to assess various materials for a franchise project to avoid social media backlash. “They will just tell us, ‘If you do that, fans are going to retaliate’ … If it’s early enough & the movie isn’t finished yet, we can make those kinds of changes.” (Source: bit.ly/3Bw1RrO)
