💙 This week, we delivered a grief management workshop to participants at our Crookes Mental Health Talking Group. The session provided a safe space for participants to explore grief, share their experiences and talk openly about something that can often be difficult to put into words. 🗣️ Molly Bulmer, Youth and Integration Officer, said: “Grief is something that everyone will experience, but there isn’t always a safe space to talk about it. Today’s workshop was about giving our members that space, helping them to explore grief and feel comfortable having those conversations.” #swfc #wawaw

We’ve been working with Forge Valley School as part of our ongoing mission to reduce Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG), delivering sessions on healthy relationships, consent, accountability, and the wider causes and impacts of abuse 💙 As part of this work and in support of Women’s Aid’s “The Other Kick Off” campaign, we are helping to highlight the reality many survivors face during major tournaments and calling for zero tolerance of abuse during the World Cup period. This work is especially important during major football periods, when evidence shows incidents of domestic abuse can increase regardless of results.
