Flashback to when Obama went on Letterman a week after the Benghazi attack to lie to the American people.
Obama blamed the Benghazi attack on a video even though he had known for days that the video had nothing to do with the attack. It was terrorism.
The election was coming up and Obama wanted to make sure the Benghazi didn't hurt him, so he went on Letterman and lied.
Obama lying on TV before an election. Some things never change.

FRANCE | CIVIL UNREST AND TRAVEL SAFETY
France has deployed approximately 70,000 police officers and gendarmes nationwide amid another weekend of demonstrations. Major tourist attractions, including the Louvre, have closed, businesses have boarded up, and transportation services have been disrupted following last weekend's violence.
If you're an American traveling in France, my biggest recommendation is to stay away from areas where demonstrations are taking place. You don't need to be participating in a protest to find yourself caught in violence, trapped by road closures, or affected by someone looking to exploit the unrest to carry out a crime or attack.
The best way to stay safe is to avoid these environments altogether. Don't go out of curiosity, don't stop to film, and don't assume that a large police presence means an area is safe.
Here are a few tools worth knowing about if you're traveling in France:
(1) U.S. Embassy Paris and STEP
step.state.gov/
Enroll in the State Department's Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP) to receive security alerts and important updates from the U.S. Embassy.
(2) FR-Alert
fr-alert.gouv.fr/
France's official emergency alert system provides warnings and safety instructions to mobile phones in affected areas.
(3) Alerts.live
alerts.live/
An interactive map displaying reported demonstrations, security incidents, and other disruptions. Treat reports as preliminary until verified.
(4) Sytadin
sytadin.fr/
Real-time traffic information around Paris to help identify road disruptions and plan alternate routes.
(5) RATP Traffic Updates
bonjour-ratp.fr/en/info-traf…
Check Paris public transportation disruptions, including metro, train, and bus services, before traveling.
One important reminder: Not all these tools provide real-time information, and unofficial incident reporting can be incomplete or inaccurate. Use multiple sources and prioritize official emergency instructions.
Situational awareness isn't just about recognizing danger when you're in it. It's about knowing enough beforehand to avoid putting yourself in that situation in the first place!

Benghazi Cmte/Clinton email misconceptions: 1. Cmte didn’t discover her private emails. OGR staffers did. 2. Emails weren’t seen as important. Many State officials used private email. 3. 3/2/15 NYT story sparked Cmte interest. 4. Cmte consensus: Obama admin leaked to NYT.
After the @HouseBenghazi Select Committee learned that @HillaryClinton was using non-government email addresses to send State Dept business emails, it was then discovered that she was using her own personal server for the same communications.
Using her own server for both personal and State Dept communications was significant because it gave Hillary complete control over what emails were saved and what emails were deleted, including those related to the #Benghazi terrorist attacks.
In a display of arrogance, she was also knowingly violating the explicit policy of her own State Dept that requires all agency employees to archive their work emails to comply with federal record-keeping laws.
As pressure ramped up, Hillary held a 3/10/15 press conference at UN hq where she confessed to deleting more than 30,000 emails she deemed "personal" from her tenure as secretary of state — and wouldn't allow access to the private server she used to send them. Only
Hillary's most loyal disciples have the blind trust necessary to simply accept her being the arbiter of which emails from her own server she would release to investigators, and which emails she wouldn't.

Unfortunately, the Cmte did not go after Obama. In late 2014, I was the only staffer to put WH names on the interview list. One name was Ben Rhodes, and the staff director told me only “right-wing nut jobs” like Jordan cared about Rhodes.
WH, IC, & military were off limits.

Unfortunately, there was never a push to go after Obama. In late 2014, I put WH names on the interview list, and I was the only staffer to submit names. After Clinton’s emails came out in March 2015, there was zero effort to go after the WH. Any claim to the contrary is false.

You lecturing about “free press” is a joke.
The night Stevens and Sean Smith were killed you pointed at a YouTube video. That same night you emailed your daughter it was an al Qaeda-like group. The next day you told Egypt it was a planned attack, not the film.
Then the public story stayed on the video. The press ran it. Nakoula got locked up on a probation hit after that narrative.
Tyrone Woods’s father said you told him you would arrest the filmmaker for his son’s death.
You used the press to sell a fake protest so an election calendar wouldn’t have to say “terror attack.” Now you call three lost badges authoritarianism.
You spent a career hiding from questions, ranking reporters as friends or problems, and feeding stories to the ones who played along. Your campaign tracked journalists so they couldn’t close to you or ask you anything hard. That is managing the press. Not defending it.
You hid official work on a private server. Comey called it extremely careless. Classified mail went through it.
They can still publish. Other critics are still inside. A door is not the First Amendment. Your record is not a clean conscience.
Kicking out the free press is what fragile authoritarians do. Not American presidents. instagram.com/reels/DdovJZPT…

The question is: having been invited to the meeting to support the false narrative of the Benghazi video (and allegedly saying he now regrets he attended), what obligation does @Morrell have as a senior civil servant to timely set the record straight not only to protect the CIA’s credibility, but his own integrity?
And at what point did it become obvious that the video tall tale was just ONE piece of the broader effort to mislead Americans using false “intel’? Did he not know that Brennan at al were “cooking the books” on Putin supporting Trump? What about Morell leading the effort to gather signatures (wrongfully) also questioning the validity of the Hunter Biden info ?
All this while “leading” the (supposedly nonpartisan) CIA.
How far is silence — and supporting activity — from complicity in wrongdoing? @C__Herridge @Heritage
Former Deputy CIA Director Mike Morell was asked by the Obama White House to attend alongside @AmbassadorRice at a 11/27/12 meeting on Capitol Hill with 3 senators to explain why she sold the anti-Islam video explanation for the #Benghazi attacks on the Sunday talk shows. Morell's assignment as explained by the Obama White House was to support the notion that Rice's #Benghazi video story aligned with the assessment of intelligence analysts, which is a complete fabrication.
In retrospect, Morell said he regretted attending the meeting. He realized that @BarackObama only wanted him there for political purposes. Morell was to take any blame for the video protest narrative to protect Susan Rice, who was hoping to replace @HillaryClinton as Secretary of State.
This is another example of how Pres. Obama only saw the #Benghazi attacks through a purely political lens. Whether it was to protect his own re-election or Rice's candidacy for the Secretary of State job, telling the truth was not an option because it posed too high a political cost.

These are just the examples we know about that became public. How many journalists like myself, Sharyl Atkisson, Catherine Herridge & so on were blackballed behind our backs? The media think this only works one way - they can choose not to cover Trump’s speeches or his rallies or his achievements and no one can hold them to account. He just has to take it & let them walk all over him in the name of a “free press”? They can report one false story after another, stories that generate YEARS of coverage like Russia collusion or the fake Climate Change scam - and they never have to correct the record or print the truth? These self-righteous, hypocrites long ago buried real journalism & have been dancing on its grave ever since. They say nothing about press freedom when independent journalists are beaten by Antifa or when independent media organizations & journalists are targeted with law suits to bankrupt them because they told the truth. These people have no credibility left. And once again Fox News is showing you who they have become.
White House Access Is a Privilege Not a Right
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Last week, President Donald J. Trump removed CNN, MS NOW, and Politico from the White House grounds after years of false reporting . The First Amendment protects their right to publish; it does not entitle them to a hard pass, briefing room seat, or place in the press pool.
Access changes are nothing new. What is new, however, is the sudden claim that it becomes sacred only when the outlets are friendly to the Radical Left. The rule was never “every outlet gets in.” It was always “our side stays in.”
For years, Democrat Administrations have restricted, punished, and locked out the press.
2009: The Obama White House branded Fox News as the “research arm” and “communications arm” of the Republican Party, barred it from a round of exclusive Sunday show interviews, instructed agencies to “skip” including it in pooled coverage, derided it as “really not news,” and undertook an all-out effort to
isolate the organization. Barack Hussein Obama now calls a Fox ban “unimaginable,” but his White House tried it and his spokesman admitted they were willing to do it.
2010: The Obama Justice Department labeled Fox News correspondent James Rosen a possible “co-conspirator” in a criminal leak case, secretly monitored his emails and phone calls, and tracked his movements an “unprecedented” level of surveillance and intimidation of a journalist over his reporting.
2011: Obama White House officials restricted the Boston Herald from coverage writing that pool slots depended on covering Obama “fairly” after the paper ran a front page Mitt Romney op-ed.
2011: After a San Francisco Chronicle reporter recorded protesters interrupting an Obama fundraiser, White House officials threatened to strip the outlet from access and warned of retaliation if the paper reported on it.
2012: The Obama Justice Department secretly seized two months of telephone records covering more than 20 Associated Press lines used by more than a dozen journalists targeting them over their reporting.
2023: The Biden White House blocked New York Post reporter Steven Nelson from covering the President’s only daytime public event despite empty seats in the room after the reporter pressed Biden on his family’s shady business dealings.
2023: The Biden Administration restricted more than 440 reporters from White House access through a new, retroactive press credentialing process with independent and conservative journalists taking a heavy share of the hit. The White House Correspondents’ Association barely objected.
2008: In the Obama campaign’s final days, senior campaign officials pulled reporters from three prominent outlets off the traveling press plane restricting them from coverage after the papers endorsed Obama’s opponent.
2021: The same media now suing once urged a ban on Fox News. CNN’s Brian Stelter repeatedly floated removing Fox News from the White House press tool as a “political tool,” and later even suggested Fox News be dropped from cable altogether.
During the first 100 days of President Trump’s second term, the Media Research Center found that 92% of coverage by mainstream outlets was negative compared to nearly 60% positive coverage during the same period under Biden. That’s more like a political operation with cameras than a free press holding power to account.
No President is required to host a hostile operation on the grounds. Access has always been a privilege and President Trump is applying that rule.

12 DAYS OF BENGHAZI: DAY 11 PART 3 of 3
THE AIR SUPPORT THAT NEVER CAME
By the time Benghazi was attacked, this was not happening in a vacuum. Cairo had already been breached that day. Benghazi had been deteriorating for months. Western targets had already been attacked. Security requests had been denied, reduced, or ignored. And that morning, we personally carried another threat warning directly to Ambassador Stevens.
That is why my question is bigger than just Benghazi and who told the military to stand down crap.
WHY WASN’T THE WHOLE REGION SPINNING UP?
After Cairo was breached, why weren’t U.S. and allied assets across the region being put on alert, repositioned, fueled, crewed, or prepared in case something else happened?
Especially Benghazi!
The warning signs had been there for months. The argument always becomes, “Could a fighter jet or some other aircraft have made it there after the attack started?”
That is not the question I am asking. My question is: WHY WAS NOTHING ALREADY MOVING?
The official timelines show F-16s at Aviano were never launched. FAST platoons were held. The Commander’s In-Extremis Force was sent to Sigonella instead of Benghazi. A four-man SOCAFRICA team in Tripoli was told not to board a plane to Benghazi and remain in place.
The bigger failure was posture.
I had flown through Crete on my first trip into Benghazi. I knew U.S. and allied military assets operated in that region. Souda Bay was only a few hundred miles away. Sigonella was in Sicily. Aviano had F-16s.
And I keep hearing the argument that the jets were not armed or could not have dropped bombs in the city.
That misses the point. We did not need bombs first, we needed aircraft overhead.
A fighter making low passes over that fight changes the enemy’s calculation immediately. Get something there. Send the armed package behind it if you need to.
Years later, I was shown cable traffic from that night referencing the medical bird Charleston wanting to come to Benghazi from Germany. After the first attack on our compound, our team leader told the Charleston we didn’t need them, we were good.
That was not intentional. He was responding to the situation as he understood it.
Nobody outside Benghazi understood we were still under attack. We were still knee deep in the fight.
Once that message went out that we were “good,” people farther up the chain were making decisions based on a picture that was already wrong.
If you don’t understand why the response broke down, you can’t fix it.
A medical bird was moving. Libyan authorities were cooperating with aircraft movement.
So where was the combat support? Where were our allies?
We came to the aid of the British Ambassador when his convoy was attacked in Benghazi.
That is what Americans do. We help our allies. We move. We respond.
So when Americans needed that same help, where was everybody?
The official record can argue over “stand down,” “hold,” “remain in place,” or “do not board.”
Fine. The result was the same. The region was not postured to respond when Americans needed it.
Sarah Adams and Boon have made the same broader point: we were not asking somebody to rescue us so we could run away.
We needed reinforcement. We were still in the fight. And nobody came.
After months of warnings, previous attacks, denied security requests, Cairo being breached, and another threat warning that morning…
WHY WASN’T THE WHOLE REGION ALREADY SPINNING UP?
The only answer I can come up with is incompetence!

12 DAYS OF BENGHAZI: DAY 12 PART 1
ACCOUNTABILITY
Even with everything we know now, It’s a fact nobody inside the State Department, Department of Defense, or CIA will ever be held accountable for the catastrophic failures that left Americans exposed and cost lives.
Except for the ones that expose it and tell the truth like Tanto, Jake, Boon, Oz and myself did.
That is the reality of Benghazi.
People were reassigned, reinstated, promoted, retired, protected, or allowed to disappear back into the system. Four Americans were dead, and the institutions responsible kept moving.
And this is not just about Benghazi.
Our government has failed Americans before, and it has failed Americans since. Different administrations. Different agencies. Different crises. Same pattern.
Warnings are missed and ignored.
Bad decisions are made.
People die.
Then the investigations start, everybody protects their own, and meaningful accountability disappears.
September 11, 2001.
Benghazi 9/11/2012
Abbey Gate.
Mogadishu.
The USS Cole.
Hurricane Katrina.
COVID.
That’s a short list!
Different events. Different failures. Different agencies.
But the same question keeps coming back:
WHO IS ACTUALLY HELD ACCOUNTABLE WHEN GOVERNMENT FAILURE COSTS AMERICAN LIVES?
If your incompetence or dereliction of duty costs American lives, there should be real consequences.
If you accept a position where Americans depend on your judgment, preparation, and decisions for their lives, then you accept the responsibility that comes with that job.
You do not get to take the title, the authority, the salary, and the power, then hide behind bureaucracy when your failures get people killed.
And when the evidence proves criminal negligence, willful dereliction of duty, corruption, or deliberate misconduct, the people responsible should be prosecuted.
If convicted, they should go to prison!
If you cannot handle that responsibility, do not take the fucking job.
Because if nobody is ever held accountable, why should anyone believe the system will ever fix itself?

12 DAYS OF BENGHAZI: DAY 12 PART 2 finale one
WHY I KEEP TALKING ABOUT IT
For the last 12 days, I have not been trying to retell 13 Hours. If you want the battle, read the book or watch the movie.
I wanted people to understand what happened BEFORE the attack and what happened AFTER it.
The warnings were there. The attacks had already started. Security requests had already been made. People on the ground were asking for help. The morning of September 11, we personally carried another threat warning directly to Ambassador Stevens.
Then the attack happened.
Four Americans died.
Chris Stevens.
Sean Smith.
Tyrone “Rone” Woods.
Glen “Bub” Doherty.
And in the years since, I have learned things I did not know that night. Cable traffic. Timelines. Intelligence. What was happening in Washington. What military assets were available. What people were being told. What Sarah Adams, Boon, and others have uncovered.
That is why I still talk about Benghazi.
Not because I am stuck in 2012.
Not because I need attention.
And not because I want to spend the rest of my life arguing with government reports.
I talk about it because if we do not tell the truth about why something failed, we cannot fix it.
The government can write reports. Agencies can protect themselves. Politicians can blame each other. People can argue over terminology until the end of time.
But none of that changes what happened.
Four Americans are dead.
Families lost sons, husbands, fathers and brothers.
And those of us who were there will carry that night for the rest of our lives.
I will keep telling what I saw.
I will keep telling what I heard.
I will keep asking the questions people in power would rather stop answering.
And I will keep saying their names.
Chris.
Sean.
Rone.
Bub.
Because Benghazi should never become just another political argument people remember every four years.
It happened.
There were failures.
There were warnings.
There were opportunities to do better.
And Americans paid the price.
NEVER FORGET BENGHAZI.
