CPS' recovery is gaining momentum. The recent Education Recovery Scorecard results showcase significant gains in math and reading, setting CPS apart among national urban and Ohio 8 school districts. Ohio Senate votes to override @GovMikeDeWine veto of HB68, which bans gender-affirming health care for minors & restricts transgender girls from participating in school sports. House already did. So the bill becomes law in 90 days.

My team is tracking every hostage who's been released and we are taking their photos and moving them to the opposite side of our office. It's truly impotent and cowardly that Hamas has taken even babies as hostages. HAMAS MUST RELEASE ALL THE HOSTAGES NOW!

Fun fact, Ohio’s Constitution only received 53% of the votes back in 1851. Under Issue 1, it wouldn’t have passed. Here are some amendments that wouldn’t have passed.

Collecting student input! @principallearns hosted a State of the Schools with high school students from across the district. Students were given a chance to ask honest and thought-provoking questions to the superintendent and share their experiences in schools. #IamCPS
