Carriage for Tudor. Has to happen. Spurs wanted to give Igor Tudor four more games, starting with this one. He doesn’t deserve even one more game. He doesn’t actually deserve one more half. That half was humiliating. 4-1 down and should be down to 10 men. Spurs were bad under Thomas Frank. Tudor’s made them worse. Wrong selections, wrong tactics. Some sympathy for Antonin Kinsky; should never have started. Crazy decision by Tudor to pick him. And now he’s crushed him. Like his team, Tudor has no defence. He has to go. Now. But the problem runs far deeper than a coach patently out of his depth and urgently needing put out of his misery. Players have to take more responsibility - why is Micky van de Ven flying in recklessly like that? Spurs dragged down by a lack of leadership throughout the whole club: from dressing-room to board-room via those in charge of recruitment and those in the dug-out. Dismissing Tudor is an easy decision for the board to make. It's the obvious decision. The difficult decision is who should replace him? Fans want Mauricio Pochettino but he's otherwise engaged. For now. Robbie Keane? #THFC #ATLTOT

At 3am, after 13 years in a harmful institution in Moldova, Pavel and his brother packed their bags, climbed the fence, and escaped into the night. His journey beyond institutionalisation and toward safety, dignity, and belonging in a family shows why no child should ever grow up without one. Read his inspiring story and support our Home for the Holidays Appeal to help more children find safe, loving families. 💙 wearelumos.org/for-the-first…

I've just turned my phone on after Yom Kippur, when like many British Jews I go out of digital contact. I've just felt a visceral shock of such terrible news. My thoughts and prayers with all affected in Manchester. We cannot allow division and hatred to rule. I'm proudly British, my family have been in the UK for many generations. I believe this is one of the great tolerant societies that revels in, and should be proud of, freedom of worship for all, Christians, Jews, Muslims, Hindus and more. These individuals seeking to divide us will not win. We must not let them.

Bullying isn’t “just part of growing up.” It changes how kids see the world — and themselves. 💔 Chronic anxiety 💔 Low self-worth 💔 Trouble trusting others 💔 Even PTSD The pain doesn’t end when the bullying stops. That’s why healing matters. #BullyingAwareness #Trauma

We can’t ever FULLY understand someone else’s journey. Or their triggers, their trauma, or their healing. Each of us has a unique lens and lived experience. When we judge what we don’t fully understand, it signals we’ve slipped into our unconscious mind. And it’s not good for us.

Our thanks to everyone who donated to protect children from diseases. UNICEF continues to deliver for @gavi, working with countries to develop immunization strategies, lower vaccine costs, and rolling out lifesaving vaccines, including to children caught in conflict or disaster.
We’re thrilled to announce that today’s Global Summit: Health & Prosperity through Immunisation saw a record number of donors pledges, securing more than US $9bn of our total 2026-30 requirement of US$ 11.9bn! #ForOurFuture

The more you heal, the less you explain. The more you feel, the less you perform. The deeper you anchor into the Light Within, the quieter your life becomes— but only because it finally starts to sound like you.

Huge thanks to @BenjaminPerks for a brilliant presentation and discussion about healing from childhood trauma and why investment in prevention provides huge returns for society. Thanks to my colleague @SuptSrivastava for doing a great job as co-host. We had around 100 people in attendance from a dozen countries. Huge enthusiasm from our audience and brilliant Q and A at the end. We will be sharing a link to the recording soon along with a discount code for Ben’s book Trauma Proof. Ben and I will be expanding this conversation on my new Podcast in the coming days. More to follow….😊
