At this point this has to hit $5,678
Tocchet’s total career TOI
$5,098 & counting.

Any money that we raise OVER $4K will be split between Snider Hockey & CHOP.
Peace & Love.

We met the $2K goal in an hour & Tony's had many fans continue to reach out who want to show their disatisfaction with Tocchet & the state of the @NHLFlyers.
We're updating the goal to $4K in order add a billboard on I95 near Xfinity Mobile Arena around the same time as the flyover.
Spread the word.

Halfway in under an hour.
Hope it’s not an elaborate con because something like this definitely gets attention. For better or worse.
Ironic considering the org “doesn’t listen to a few trolls on Twitter/X”
Halfway there.
For full transparency, we will NOT be flying a "SAVE MICHKOV" banner.
Our intent is to not make things worse in the locker room.
Our intent is to banish Rick Tocchet from this orginization.
We'll either go with one big custom "FIRE TOCCHET" Clown Face banner or 2 separate banners.
Tony will place a poll once the goal is met & prices are confirmed.

This means he still can't handle it physically, btw. And that checks out with eye test, too -- some chances early in games, invisible late.
Tocchet is doing nothing wrong.
This is something I plan to discuss with @jasonmyrt on tomorrow's Flyers Daily. Always look at total shifts and average shift times, not JUST the TOI total.
Michkov -- 18 shifts, 0:34 average
Brink -- 20 shifts, 0:47
Barkey -- 18, 0:44
Grebenkin -- 17, 0:46
Hathaway -- 12, 0:45 (0:38 PK)
It’s all bad, but the discrepancy in point % at home vs away is starting to become striking.
.450 vs .188
That’s a 4pt swing.
We’re really out here counting shifts on 1 specific player.
Nobody should ever wonder why the discourse is the way that it is.
When has shift time EVER been a talking point?
Is he able to skate longer since he’s not ~fat~????
PHL has 26M to sign 1 contract this summer.
The “worst” case scenarios are a: 1X20M, 4x20M, or 6x20M offer sheet. No team in the league is doing any of that.
Next tier of worst case is same terms but ~15M. Easy match (if the player signs in the first place)
“Major sports leagues wouldn’t fix a lottery. There’s too much involved”
BREAKING: An internal investigation found that the Spurs winning the lottery in 2023 and selecting Victor Wembanyama may have been fixed. Sources say the league wanted to the Spurs to contend to create a rivalry with the Thunder and increase ratings.
A massive scandal is about to emerge.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
This account self-identifies as satire/commentary and posts fabricated "BREAKING" claims. No reports or evidence support an internal NBA investigation finding the 2023 draft lottery fixed; it used standard secure ping-pong ball procedures.

Option 2 is by and large the best option and nobody can see it.
Have a story coming on this later in the morning, but what would be your preference on a Michkov contract:
1) 4 yrs, ~$7.5M AAV (walk to UFA)
2) 3 yrs, ~$9M AAV
3) 6 yrs, ~$13M AAV
(All based on his play to date - a lot can change over the coming months)
8%option 1
16%option 2
73%option 3
3%other

Anyone thinking term here isn’t even focusing on the next contract. 6 years he’s 28 and still getting term AND $$$.
When we traded him he had a 25pt season. Year following, 38pts. He’s on a heater now but does anyone actually think he’s even a 60pt player?
The guys we made room for like Michkov and Martone?
Replying to @shubbyshredds
Farabee has 14 points as of yesterday. He would be leading the Flyers in scoring. No, I don’t think he’s good, but aren’t the players we kept over him supposed to be better?
The iconic phrase is “Welcome To Comcast Country”
Flyers have their longest break of the season so far. (I believe)
Sunday’s game is either gonna be all energy or they’ll be shaking off rust, somehow, for 30 minutes.
Picked a good one to go to.
They don’t have actual veterans. It’s all guys in their prime or just out of it.
Coots at 33/34 isn’t the same as Iginla or Tanguay helping along w/ Landeskog
The gap isn’t large enough in “vets” to rookies. Ironically what they actually need is a guy at the end of his career
