Virtual Training - Bioinformatics was held at the IHTM from May 31 to June 6. Training was led by Dr Clarisse Lemonnier @INRAE_France.
During the training, participants learned the principles of the DADA2 pipeline, and how to process DNA reads to get an ASV table.
