Rarely am I flabbergasted nowadays but this...this...has to be listened to to be believed. If this is the stuff @BorisJohnson was fed around the dinner table, it is no surprise that he is who he is. Incoherent, absurd, ignorant, insulting and scary from Stanley all in 2 minutes.

So, a lot of thinking yesterday about what to do during a second lockdown. Whether to switch to offering a takeaway menu or just close. Not an easy decision, but Ben's Bystro will now be closed until further notice. I’m gutted. Hope you all stay safe. Big love and hugs x

Let me introduce you to one of my all time favourite dishes. This is belly pork, on the bone, slow cooked, marinated and then roasted in my homemade barbecue sauce. Rich, soft, delicious. Enjoy
