Anthropic 员工人均月成本超 10 万美元
Anthropic 修订版 S-1 显示，2026 年 7 至 9 月为 5,300 名员工支出人力成本 17 亿美元，人均约 32.2 万美元，即每月逾 10 万美元，其中 11 亿美元为股权激励。
前九个月人力成本共 48 亿美元，仅占总营收 15%；截至 9 月底另有逾 320 亿美元股权激励未入账。公司 IPO 预计本月进行。

📱 Is ByteDance about to spend ¥8 BILLION ($1.1B) to take over ZTE’s smartphone business?
With a reported ¥40 BILLION ($5.6B) valuation, a true Doubao AI phone could be coming!
Until now, ZTE built the phones while ByteDance supplied the AI. Now they might actually build a smartphone company together.
According to reports, ZTE is discussing a major restructuring of its smartphone business with an unnamed Chinese tech giant:
🔹 ¥40B valuation — ZTE’s target valuation for the business.
🔹 ¥8B investment — Proposed funding from the mystery tech giant.
🔹 Shanghai state-backed capital — A potential three-way joint venture, reportedly excluding the REDMAGIC brand.
The reports don't name ByteDance, but here's the interesting part:
ZTE and ByteDance have already launched the Nubia M153 Doubao AI phone and are working on its successor.
My bet? That mystery tech giant is ByteDance.
Nothing has been officially confirmed yet, including the buyer, valuation, or ownership structure.
But if this deal happens, ByteDance might be chasing something much bigger than smartphone sales:
Control over the next major platform for AI agents — the operating system itself.
