Big changes are coming to Enfield's roads.

Does @EnfieldCouncil really need to do early morning enforcement because an apparently health based company won't park legally?

This is a concerning development, if it means a Quieter Neighbourhood risks becoming a Less Quiet Neighbourhood. Increasing the convenience of driving usually increases the amount of driving, and undermines incentives for more-sustainable alternatives.

Impact of first year of ULEZ expansion on air quality in Islington: NOX reduced by 10%, PM2.5 reduced by 8%, CO2 reduced by 1%.
